We have only owned our home for a few months so we had a lot of questions regarding our central a/c and heating system and the previous maintenance (if he could see any). He walked us through everything he could find and even explained the best time frames for our maintenance program. It was frustrating to hear that our system has a leak and it was apparently previously known by the last owner as the technician found dye in our lines. However, the technician made us feel much better about the situation and how to maintain our system going forward. We have already and will continue to rave about this company to all our family, friends, and neighbors. I have never felt so pleased about work performed by a company, as I have with Ierna's. I can honestly say, Ierna's truly provided amazing customer service and professionalism that no other company I have hired to perform work on our home over the last few months can compare to.

Scott came out and diagnosed the problem. He bypassed the bad part and ordered the correct part. After he left I got a call from the office wanting to schedule the install of the part. They could have done it the next day but we were not available so we chose the following day. Darren came today and had the part and a wireless drill in his hand when he knocked. My husband opened the garage door for him and he asked if we had a ladder he could use and if not, he could bring his in. My husband had to get ours out. He stood on the very top of the 5 ft. ladder to fix the unit. I felt this was very unsafe and he just did not want to go to the trouble to get his ladder. I will use the Ierna's again when needed.

The technicians (Richard & James) arrived at 9:00 AM, and completed the install by 5:00 PM. Everything was complete to our satisfaction, which included the removal of the old air conditioner system and the air handler, replacing the old plywood underneath the new air handler with a new sheet of pressure treated wood. They were meticulous in the cleanup of the old air handler, plus surrounding area and the removal of the old A/C unit outside. They explained in detail the registration process of the WI-FI system, plus the mobile App for the thermostat. They adjusted the vents for the new air duct in the master bedroom. They were very detailed in every aspect of the installation, and the cleanup was EXCEPTIONAL indoors and outdoors. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service, knowledge of the system, and professionalism we received from both Richard and James. We highly recommend IERNA's Heating & A/C service for regular A/C & heat maintenance or a new Bryant A/C condition system. I would also by name request Richard and James; you'll be very pleased!

We really like them. My husband kept all their stuff. They told us that we probably will need a new air conditioner, probably a season or two last in the ones we had. So, if my husband did not like them, I would not think he would have kept their information because we have two or three things in there. I think their price is comparable to anybody else.

Iena's H&A have always been very responsive and helpful when we have encountered any HVAC issues. I think I may have been able to shop around to obtain a lower price, but the piece of mind they have instilled in their previous work and service agreement made me stay with them. The young men than installed the unit were extremely pleasant.

Everything was fine. They guys were nice and honest. They got the new unit installed in about 8 hours because they also had to lay a hurricane slab down and re-seal the ducts. I left them the garage door opener because I felt they were very trustworthy because I could not stay there the entire time while they did the job. I had no issues with them. The cleanup was fine and they took all the parts and my old unit away.

I love these guys. They installed this unit a year ago. They are EASY to work with, they are professional, and they do WHAT they say and WHEN they say they will do it!

The receptionist answered and was very friendly. She said I would have to talk to a certain person in sales. She connected me to the sales rep. He had a very heavy accent. It sounded like there was running water behind him and he was talking very fast. I asked him to repeat things several times. He gave an over the phone estimate which is nearly impossible. I had red flags that went up when he gave me the price. I called back and spoke with the same receptionist. I told her that I couldn’t understand what the sales rep was saying. I asked to have someone call me to have someone call me who could help me but never received a call back. They had done work for a friend of ours so I was hoping to get better results. I will not be using their company.

They were really good about, explained to me what they were doing. Very Very friendly, service manager was extremly friendly. It was great!.

It's easy to give good service when everything works as expected. It's a really good business that can figure out how not to enrage customers when things go wrong that have nothing to do with the customer.

Came home from work one afternoon, and the house was at 90 degrees. Typically the contactor goes bad, so I replaced it. It did not fix the problem..... Since we've used Ierna's in the past, and have had "not so savory" experiences with other HVAC companies in the past, I gave Ierna's a call. They could get somebody out within the next 90 minutes. Nick arrived in the allotted timeframe and thoroughly did an inspection on the system. He brought to my attention melted wires and amperage - off the charts. He did a wire repair but the system was still not working properly, and once powered, would only run for less than a minute before overheating and tripping the circuit breaker. In other words, the compressor was toast. We had purchased the house 3 years earlier, and knew that the HVAC system was old. However, Nick pointed out that the existing compressor housing housed a different system than it was originally equipped with. As consistent with our new home, all systems have been "rigged." Time for a new system - bummer. He talked with us about legislation changes in regards to coolant types, Seer sizes, etc. He showed us 4 different options that Ierna's could provide. He verified various rebates available and financing options. Since my husband and I plan on staying here for another 15 - 20 years, we wanted a system with a 10-year warranty. We selected one of the options that fit all of our criteria. We detailed our concerns over many problems with our attic ductwork, and Nick took a look at all of the affected areas and made an offer to fix 5 key areas in the attic. We received great news that the system was immediately available, and they would be over the next day to install it. The next day I was able to re-arrange my schedule to be available earlier. I phoned the office, and they were able to immediately dispatch the teams. By the time they arrived, my house was 96 degrees inside. Argh! They got started right away. Some team members worked on replacing the pad and compressor outdoors. Another team member tackled the Air Handler and plenum. (He ended up having to replace the electrical outlet that ran the air handler drain pump and replace the drain line - as both of them were not installed to code. (No surprise to me.) The other team worked in the attic and house on the 5 problem areas. These guys worked from 10 a.m. and finished at 8:30 p.m. We had A/C! They completely covered the instructions for the new system, including the programming of the new wifi-enabled thermostat (we already had a Nest). The new system has so many new features from any system I've owned prior. They were very thorough in covering all of the features and ensuring that the entire system was working perfectly. Super nice bunch of guys to boot! We'll gladly refer Ierna's to our friends!

Had been having issues with my drains and flood pans on one unit, sensors only worked some of the time drain kept getting clogged which meant the pan would overflow from the attic into the house. Iernas came, took two hours to thoroughly clean unit and drain line, replaced kill switches, installed condensate pump and then raised the drain lines to allow the pump and gravity to work together to preclude any more "water events." Iernas employees were prompt courteous clean and efficient. The whole experience was a refreshing reminder of how nice it is to work with a company with an excellent service manager and talented employees.

attempt to repair old unit made on 6/27/14. Unable to quick start- new system ordered, options given and explained. Scheduled install for following morning. Installers were supposed to arrive " first thing", then by 10, then by 11 ( I called) but did not come until 11:40. They needed to leave and get something at home depot and also go to lunch during the installation which was a little frustrating, especially because of the afternoon rains which also caused slight delay. They finished at approx. 6 :30 PM. everything working well. Had to schedule a " go back" to install thermostat and new grille for the filter. That was completed in approx. 10 days and went very smoothly. I definitely recommend Ierna and will continue to use for yearly maintenance. They have checked in with me multiple times since install.

The day before my appointment, they called to remind me of the scheduled time. Then, approximately 20 minutes before he arrived, Luis called to say he was on his way and arrived in the time frame scheduled. He introduced himself and was very nice. When entering the house, he put shoe covers on and kept everything clean. He explained what services he did and offered suggestions on other items I could add on, but was not pushy or forceful when offering the additional options. Overall, a great experience.

Nick, the AC tech was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My AC system was not performing efficiently and Nick explained why. Will use again if needed. Thanks.

UPDATE: The owner called us to offer us a free 3 year service warranty for our unit. The unit worked fine all summer without any more problems. ORIGINAL On July of 2010 after 17 years of service my Carrier AC unit finally broke so I asked for a few estimates and decided to buy a Bryant AC unit from Ierna, mostly due to the price and a recommendation from a friend that had just bought her unit from them. Since the Bryant unit has broken 3 times since then, and I have paid a total of $490.00 to replace the pieces that were still under warranty, I strongly recommend that you don?t do business with them or buy Bryant since not only I got a bad unit from Bryant, I also used a local company, Ierna, that doesn?t care for the quality of the units they are selling. If they had, they would not only apologize for the hassle it caused every time (being without AC for a couple of days, take time off for work), but would offer to fix it for free instead of changing every time On Sept 2012 the blower motor broke, Bryant sent the free replacement but I was charged $240.00 by Ierna to replace it. I complained to the owner that since they recommend and installed the units, they should also stand by it to no aval. Instead they sent me a coupon for a free inspection. On June 2013 the blower motor broke again and Ierna charged $65 for the diagnostic. Again Bryant sent the unit and it was no charge to installed On May 2014 Ierna came to service the unit and discovered that the blower was all moldy, charged me $175 for the cleanup. On Jun 2104 the AC broke again, this time the capacitor was found defective, got a free one from Bryant and charged me $185 to replace it The friend that recommended Ierna had to have her unit fixed within two years too.

To say I received tremendous value would be an understatement. I needed to replace both systems in my 16-year-old home and received estimates in excess of $20,000. Ierna delivered quality Bryant systems at a price nobody could come close to matching. I've had no issues with the system thus far and Ierna's service plan has been terrific.

The provider looked at the old unit, gave us an estimate to repair it, and gave us an additional estimate for a new unit. We went with a new unit since the old one would be too costly to repair. The provider completed the installation in one day. It was quite a job.

They offered me options for replacement parts, factory or generic...the price was somewhat cheaper and much faster to get the generic so I went with that option. So far so good. They also were happy to price out a full replacement but I opted out at this time.
