Responsive? ABSOLUTELY!!!! From the first call I placed, Ierna was quick to come to my home to give me a bid. They were competitively priced on high end equipment. I was given the cell number of the sales representative, Victor, who knowledgeably and happily answered all my questions. When I placed the order, the install was done bright and early the next day. The installers were friendly, knowledgable, and they cleaned up everything when done. Absolutely a wonderful experience! I would use them again without hesitation and recommend them to any and all who need A/C service!

They did a great job! Nick assessed the issue, Heather had the part expedited to us and Anthony installed the part. These three individuals exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their tech, Robert walked us through all the options and gave us very honest recommendations on which system would be best for our house. The install crew, Nick and TJ were here on time and very professional. They worked quickly and so quietly that I hardly ever knew they were here. I also love the fact that this company gives so much back to the community. As long as we live in this area, they will be the only place we call for all our heat/cooling needs.

It's excellent. We've had them come about three or four years in a row. There's no high pressure tactics or anything like that. They come and ask you what you want done and they do it for the price they said they were going to do it and they do it well.

This company was prompt and efficient and very courteous. They were not the cheapest but hired based on reputation. Gave 4 for value for money. Have not received my first electric bill yet so do not know if I will receive the benefit of installing top seer rated a/c. The salesmen and all workers worked for 9 hours straight without a break. They were $800.00 dollars above next lowest bid from Carrier A/c which is a duplicate of Bryant unit installed. They actually turned out to be the cheapest. For tens years could not keep Bedroom on other side of house cool. A/C ran 24 hours a day and could not get temp below 78 degrees. The other company ranted $1500,00 to fix it. They were the ones who did the last install on old unit. Ierna's inspected duct work and they found that exhaust vent in bedroom should have gone to 1/2 bath and the one in bath to bedroom. They fixed this at no charge. and bedroom cools down without any problem. By the way the other company was Senica Air. Stay away from them. I purchased a 10 year labor warranty with them. Signed in front of owner of Senica. He would not honer it because builder went bankrupt and didn't pay him for warranty. That was between him and builder. I paid for it. This lack of warranty cost me over $3500.00 over 10 Years. Owner of Senica would not talk to me and they would not let me talk to him when I went to his office. Terrible company. Stay away from Senica. Ierna talks to you and owner calls you right back. That's a business that knows how to treat consumers. Ierna's is rated number one in Southeast by Bryant. That says it all. The crew was Daryl, Nick, PJ, and TJ. Very professional and arrived 1/2 HR before schedule worked threw lunch.

They installed a new air conditioner but they added an additional charge of $165.83 because I paid with my credit card. I was upset and disputed this so they credited my card for the full $165.83. But, they did a good job.

I took advantage of a $49 diagnostic visit to take a look at my a/c since it wasn't getting cold. After 5 minutes of taking a quick qauge reading the ac tech that came by said that the coils were corroded and they needed to be replaced. The estimate for the repair turned to be well over $2000. Ouch. I immediately called another local a/c company (Ken Barrett Air Conditioning) and the technician that came by (David) provided me a full explanation of what was going on with the air conditioning and backed it up with what sounded like college-level overview of the thermal dynamics of the heat transfer process. As a result, I felt I understood what needed to be done and also why I didn't need to replace the coils. The cost for the repair turned out to be a coolant recharge and a replacement of missing caps. $220 total. My a/c has been cold and seems to be doing just fine. I don't have anything against this company personally. They seem like a nice enough company. I am pretty sure IERNA is a decent company, but how this played out places some serious doubt if they built their business based on treating their customers with honesty and integrity. I called them for help and I feel they were trying to take advantage of my ignorance. I would hope that this is just an isolated case, but it really left a bad impression.

They did a good job and were really good. I was really happy with them. They were professional, on time, and they knew what they were doing. They were very polite and respectful to each other. They exceeded my expectations. The whole organization was professional.

It was all aces. I am very pleased with their service and have nothing negative to report. They installed a unit on my heat pump three years ago and I have stuck with them. The filters were optional. I just chose to just buy through them because the filters are good and they are very reasonable. They are as professional as anybody could be. It was a very knowledgeable technician who was helpful and thorough. Every time he came into the house he took his shoes off. He could not have been better. He was very punctual and their response was great. They came when I wanted them to come and were punctual.

Called to give us estimates on replacing our AC unit. They came out and examined our current unit, the house size and listened to our concerns. We were looking to replace a 20 year old unit with a new unit with a much higher SEER rating. Since our house is a two story unit, we also wanted to investigate using a "dual zone". Was given the estimates and recommended Bryant, bringing both units up to a 4-ton (our current air handler is a 3.5 Ton with a 4 ton compressor). Bryant ranked below our top 5 and the cost was way too high. In the end, we interviewed several installers from Angie's list. We decided to use a different installed with a different product.

Very satisfied. The serviceman showed true professionalism. He consistently wore his shoe protector when entering my house, checked the system as specified in the inspection list. Gave a comprehensive report. I intend to use this contractor in the future.

Excellent, world class customer service. Locally owned company, they always do a GREAT job! I have used them many times for my home and business. I will be using them again.

Anthony did an excellent job installing the air conditioner and explaining the process as the installation went along. He also did a great job showing me the benefits of the new system and the differences from my previous system. He was timely and professional.

First time using this service provider, very impressed. Very thorough, courteous, and explained everything in detail, answered all our questions. Would definitely use this company in the future.

Rich was very knowledgeable and helped us to determine the problem and order the needed parts. He actually called the manufacturer for us, because the parts weren't readily available. Scott came to install the parts. Both Rich and Scott were very professional, personable, and helpful.

The representative arrived on time and was very professional. He performed some monitoring and communicated recommendations. I do not believe he did any servicing in terms of getting my unit ready for summer. He is a Carrier representative, and I have a Trane unit. He spent a considerable amount of time on why he recommends Carrier over Trane, and why a new system would give me much better efficiency. That was nice information. However, I felt that his primary objective was to get me to replace my unit - which is still functioning properly. In the future I will go back to having a Trane approved service technician service my existing system as long as I still have Trane equipment.

I came home to a very warm house and my furry dog was not happy. I called a few places and Ierna sent someone out within the hour. He gave me a few options and i chose to have the whole thing done. They came the next day early and worked until after sundown to get it done. George and Wilmer worked thoroughout the day and George installed a new thermostat and took great pains to explain all the workings including how to download the app. These guys were top notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

It's been a while, but this company was very easy to work with. In fact, our renter missed several appointments so we were difficult. My son met the technician and was happy and very satisfied with the service and professional qualities of the company. Thanks!

They are very thorough and wanting to help in doing check ups on my hvac system and are reasonable in price.

It turned out fine. I thought the price was really high. I had a Big Deal. I paid additional. The $49 Big Deal covered the inspection. They told me I needed a new part: an air exchanger. The new part and the installation caused the additional. It took him about half an hour for it to be installed, so I felt it was a little high. But they did a good job and it is still working. I was just shocked at the price. It didn't seem like it should be so expensive.

THE TECHNICIAN, NATE, WAS CLEAN CUT, PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL IS DISCUSSING ISSUE(S) WITH AC WITH US. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, AND FIXED THE PROBLEM WITHIN A HALF AN HOUR. WE REALLY APPRECIATE THE QUICK RESPONSE AND REPAIR FROM TIME OF CALL.....!!!

The deal was fine. They put in an additional vent in our office, which is furthest away from the air conditioner. They are always prompt and always scheduled within a few days of when I call.

It was great. They were professional and courteous. They put on slippers so they wouldn't dirty the house. Gave me information on a new unit that I'll need soon. They were very timely.
