It was a backed up drainage pipe, they cleaned out the line and checked the freon

They were punctual, honest about the cost and did an extremely fine job. I had a drainage tube that was leaking water in my garage and it was due to a drainage pipe outdoor being block with moss and debris. They used high pressure air and a solution to make sure the pipes were clear and treated with disinfectant. Fixed the leaking problem in my garage and now I can reuse that portion of my garage to store boxes without them being saturated with water run off and being damaged.

On time, did a quality job and provided competitive pricing.

They provided next day installation, although they were late arriving, they kept me up on the status of my call and when they came they worked late into the night to finish the job. They were professional, courteous, and hard working. The install looks fabulous and works wonderfully. The cleaned up after they finished and the install passed inspection no problem. Highest recommendations go to Ierna's!

Had a leaky air handler that is old and it was sealed and fixed for only $29 more. I was impressed.

Nate evaluated the system, identified the problem, added coolant and cleaned our filter. We asked for an estimate to replace the system that is aging. Nate provided an estimate with all the rebates we qualify for. He is very knowledgable and pleasant and courteous! He wore booties to cover his shoes to protect our home. He asked If we had questions! I highly recommend this company!

Excellent job. Cleaned the coils on the outside compressor unit. Showed me wear and tear on the inside coils that will eventuall need to be replaced.

They say same day and they mean same day! There is nothing worse than waking up to a hot home when your AC stops working. We used a Angies List deal and they came out promptly and fixed the problem. Price was reasonable and the tech was professional. We will use them in the future.

We agreed to have the compressor replaced since it was still under warranty. The total cost was $750.00.

The salesman gave a really good pitch; Ierna has the pitch well rehearsed and the presentation was excellent. I had a lower priced offer from a competitor with a Rheem heat pump. So, I did a lot of research. Rheem was definitely inferior. Their after installation service was atrocious according to numerous customer reviews that I read. Their price was cheaper and I was promised lots of extra "goodies" but, the basic box was inferior. After reading all sorts of reviews about other boxes, I settled on the BRYANT; Ierna is an authorized Bryant dealer/installer. Ierna had many fine reviews and is top rated on Angies list.. I called other BRYANT installers and got many, off-the-cuff quotes to install what I wanted. I did not have as much TRUST in them as I did for Ierna - right or wrong. I got a heat pump which fits my home's needs and negotiated a better labor warranty: TWO years. One nice feature is that I have a year to decide if I am happy with the box and can have them remove it and I can have another installed - any other by any company I also negotiated the price lower!! Don't worry!! Ierna made a lot of profit, anyway. We Angies List members always wonder if the reviews that we read are legitimate. One does not KNOW, but, it's like Consumer Reports: we have to base our decisions on what other people write. With consumer reports, they take NO advertising so, basically, own nothing to anyone. Ierna had A LOT of positive reviews. I believe that they will be in business for a long time and will be there when I need them. They did an excellent job with the install; it is working fine; my electric bill HAS decreased considerably from last July's reading. I, of course, will be keeping close track but, so far, so good. We are THRILLED with the AC system that Ierna installed, the employees that we dealt with, and the service that we received! From the very beginning to the end of the process, Nick Olmedo did an outstanding job in working with me to select the best AC system for the best price for my home! Even now, 5 months after the install, if I have a question, I know that I can call Nick and he will answer me promptly and professionally. For the install, Ierna assigned the team of Jay and Nick (a different Nick) to our home and they also did a fantastic job! They arrived on time, acted professionally and respectfully, and worked diligently to complete our install in a timely manner. Nick Olmedo even came out during the day of the install to check on the progress and give a helping hand where needed - this was on his day off! Without hesitation we whole-heartedly recommend Ierna's for any of your heating and cooling needs!

Calling IERNA on 4th July was my not my 1st thought. I initially called our normal A/C service providers however after making 2 phone calls and waiting over 4 hours for a tech to call us, I decided to log into Angies list and call someone else. I decided to call IERNA and left a message with the answering service. WE got a call from the Tech (Joseph) within a short time and he gave us an estimated arrival time. After arriving, he diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue and we were able to utilize the Angie's List online coupon too. I have called IERNA for an estimate for replacing our second HVAC unit which is on its last leg.

They were prompt, honest and respectful. Noticed that the ac was broken but said that the people who installed it should be able to fix it for free.

The guys worked so hard taking out the old unit (22 year old unit) and installing the new one. They very carefully explained how the new one works and how to manage it. They swept and cleaned up after themselves and did several extra things without charging extra. They were not into nickel and diming, but instead, this company is into longterm relationships with their clients. I have both my ACs serviced every year, but from now on, I will use Ierna's to service them. Nick came over first, the night before, to show us the different types of air conditioners and how they work and explain the different tonnage and SEERs and which would be better. It was easy to tell he is passionate about his job. He smiled the entire time, never acted like he was put out having to work late, but acted like he really enjoys his work and loves his company. I so respect that. Then Jay and Dale came the next day to do the install. They spoke equally as well of Ierna's as Nick had. That is very impressive. I was already sold, and I was already paying the money for this unit, but they continued to tell me what a good AC I had bought. I am in sales and I do the same...continue selling after the sale. This helps keep the buyer from having buyer remorse. I will recommend Ierna's Heating and Air to everyone.

The service tech Corey was a nice and very knowledgeable young man. He gave me a call within the 2 hour window I was provided to let me know exactly what time he would arrive. After the inspection, he explained what he had done and answered any questions I had regarding my aging unit. His no pressure approach was appreciated and he is an asset to IERNA'S Heating and Cooling. When I replace my unit, they will be receiving a call from me for an estimate.

Ray was very polite and very knowledgable. He explained what he found and what he would need to do to fix each problem. We found the cost of the service very reasonable. We were so pleased with the service that we signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. By the way, there was no pressure at all to purchase the plan.
