Irena's plumber arrived within the scheduled timeframe and did a nice job. Everything's works well including the new faucet. The reason I only gave 4 stars has to do with the way they handle scheduling and billing. When they schedule a job, they give you a SIX HOUR timeframe for the technician to arrive. Also I had a coupon for 10% off plumbing services which didn't appear on my itemized bill. The technician explained it was already incorporated in the price. Most contractors break it out on the billing so you can be sure its been applied.

Technician quickly diagnosed the problem and got the system up and running the same evening of my call. Repairs were completed (line replaced) within two days.

Shannon arrived exactly when promised. The prior notification service was perfect. Shannon took the time to explain everything, with NO hard sell. Recommendations make sense considering the age of my units and when the time comes they have earned my business. Never an issue with Ierna. Everyone is caring, concerned and willing to help. Darrin M., our assigned IERNA Service Tech was awesome, very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful of our property, arrived at our home on time and explained the blow motor replacement and suggested services (surge protectors) in detail. IERNA provided GREAT service and their dispatch dept. is excellent. IERNA dispatched a service tech to our home in less than 12 hrs. of our initial call. Darrin completed the repair, made sure that our Bryant was working properly and that we were satisfied with the repair and answered all our questions.. We would definitely request Darrin for any future repairs and would recommend IERNA to others.

Josh Fuller did a fantastic job. Professional, clean, knowledgeable and such a nice person. I would absolutely use him again if I need anything worked on!

I've used Ierna's AC services for years. This was the first time I used their plumbing services. Everything turned out perfectly. Don was able to fix everything quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. He and his assistant were masked, booted, and kept proper distance.

Kevin discovered that the coating on a number of wires had been chewed up by a weed wacker. He repaired it in 2 places and positioned the newly bound wires as far away from the lawn as possible.

Great! Grant F. was the perfect technician for the job. Professional and knowledgeable. I was lucky that he was able to arrive earlier than my appointment and resolved the problem.

Scheduling was next day. Tech was very nice and professional. Water heater was repaired and now is working well again.

Recently IERNA’S Heating & Cooling Inc. performed maintenance service on two of my AC systems. The technician was nice and professional. After he finished his service he stated that one of the units needed a new capacitor. Not sure of the reason because the unit is running good. He offered to replace it for $225.00. I quickly looked up on my computer the price of the capacitor. ($13.00 Amazon and free shipping). He also gave me a quote on a new replacement AC system high end Bryant for $15,093. I understand service parts and installation is the way a company makes money. I called the company and talked to the owner and asked if the quote might be a mistake. He was extremely rude. I ordered a capacitor (OEM carbon copy as the original in the unit). It took me less than 5 minutes to replace it. I called another AC service company out of curiosity and told them my story. The person on the line laughed. He told me if he did the service he would charge me $30 for the part and no labor charges because he is already here at my house.

Don and Grant were great. Very polite, professional and on time. Gave estimates up front for work, gave options on different services and completed fixes very quickly. Will be calling them again for any plumbing needs and also A/C services.

I was confused when I spoke to the manager Steve regarding free estimate. He called up and asked me to pay 65$ for a estimate and if I go through them then they will return the money, hence free estimate

Came out to the house looked at the plumbing and then left. Did not follow up with an estimate. I heard nothing from them

The service with maintenance technician, Carlos Lopez, was excellent as usual. Carlos has serviced our equipment for years and always does an excellent job. He calls when he is on the way and always shows up in the service window. He explains the maintenance process well and always takes great care in assuring our equipment is working properly.

They did a great job and I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Diagnostics find a need to replace the wires from Air handler to thermostat (wire pool) and replace an electrical board in the handler. Wanted $950 for it. Another company changed transformer in the air handler and a connection at the thermostat and all is good now. It was a $300 repair not $950 for the wrong problems. Wrong diagnostic and overpriced.

Our tech called us when he was 40 minutes out and showed up right when we were told he would. He was polite, explained everything he did, and was practicing proper distancing and mask wearing in our home. I would hire him to come help us in an instant. From the moment we discussed making an appointment to the moment we paid and had our AC working again, IERNA's was a pleasure to deal with.

Service was on time and performed well.

I had a PVC elbow that had cracked and was leaking. It was the main feed into the house and on the outside of the house about a foot above the ground. I called IERNA’s Heating & Cooling. They sent out a technician later that afternoon. He replaced the elbow in about 15 minutes and waited an additional 10 minutes for the glue to set before testing. He charged me $314.00 which included the Angie’s List discount. Let’s see… $314.00 divided by 25 minutes. That’s $12.56 per minute to replace an easily accessible PVC elbow that costs $0.64 at Home Depot. Fool me once shame on you… UPDATE: A representative of IERNA’s Heating & Cooling called the day before yesterday to find out if I was satisfied with the repair. I told her that I was very satisfied with the repair but not the price. She said that she would have the manager look into it. Yesterday the manager called and reported that the price list that the technician used was wrong and that he was going to reduce the bill by $149.00. Today he arrived at my house and returned my $314.00 check for a $165.00 check. He was very apologetic and sincere. Changing rating to “B” from “D”.
