These guys are amazing. Within a few hours, they sent Marcos, who was able to fix and explain everything. He has us running in pretty quickly. I was very impressed, Marcos knows his stuff.

Robert was a pleasant and professional. He took time to explain all the issues he found and what the components did and how the rairs would fix the issues and what to expect if I didn't want to do the repairs.

Ierna's replaced my ductwork in late July. I was quoted $1800 for the job. When I asked if there was anything I could do to lower the price, like use my existing register grills which were only 6 months old, I was told that was the rock bottom lowest price I could get, and I couldn't use any of my existing equipment. The job included cutting a new return plenum in my ceiling which was quoted at 18" x 20". The installers showed up when they were supposed to, but said the delivery of materials wouldn't be there for another half hour or so. All said and done, the materials showed up about 2 1/2 - 3 hours later. They then found that the collars needed weren't delivered, and had to leave for another hour or so to go get them. At the end of the job, I was told that they needed two more register grills in order to finish everything up, and someone would be out later to install them. The installers did a great job, it just seemed like they were held back by logistics out of their control. When the job was done, I found that the new return was 18" x 18", not 18" x 20". When I asked about the original quote being different, it was kind of a too little too late kind of scenario. I was originally told my existing register grills were too small and wouldn't work, but lo and behold they used two of my old grills as holdovers til the new ones arrived. The ductwork was installed on Friday, and the next Monday evening, my system (2016 AirTemp) was freezing up again. They had someone come out that night to check it out. After getting kind of a runaround from the technician, he said there was too much refrigerant, but he balanced it and it was working fine. He also told me the system should have been balanced directly after the ducts were installed, which they weren't. After phone tag for a month or so, we finally made an appointment to install the two grills. When the technicians showed up to install them this past Friday, again they were the wrong size. They left to get other supplies elsewhere, making my girlfriend wait on them again. I was looking for a HVAC/plumbing company that could install new ductwork and tune everything up and have it run like it should and also take care of any of my plumbing needs. Everything is brand new now, so it should run correctly, right? I never got an explanation as to why I couldn't use my existing grills, probably saving me $100 or so, and as to why I got quoted an 18" x 20" return, but actually got an 18" x 18". I checked the reviews on Ierna's as much as I could, and they all seemed great. I was looking forward to a much better experience after spending almost $2,000... It seems like they want to do a good job, but management and logistics get in the way. Be careful hiring them. I don't have or make alot of money and when I spend a good bit of it for a big job like this, I expect results. I didn't get it with Ierna's.

Outstanding job and a quick response. When we called, they had 500 calls already (it was the week after Hurricane Irma) and showed up the next day to diagnose the problem and fix it. The technician (Nick) also determined that the coil needed replacement and he and Marcos performed that service about a week later. The unit is running perfectly and without any problems. We have been using Ierna's for over a decade and they are by far the best A/C company we have experienced. All the technicians are professional and very good at their jobs and no one tries to hard sell anything. I highly recommend them for any A/C needs, you won't regret it.

I got an estimate to replace my entire 16-year old A/C system which had a burned out motor. I decided to go with a new unit after Danny and I talked about it for a long time and went through all my options, i.e., replacing the motor, financing, etc. The install was scheduled for the next day, and Tyron and Mike did a great job, very clean, and very professional.

They advertise that they will come the same day. Since I called in the afternoon, they did not make it by that evening, but someone from the office kept calling and updating me. That is good communication. A technician came the next morning, and they waived the basic $65 cost since they did not make it on the same day. My technician was Scott, and he did a fantastic job. It was difficult for him to access the system in the attic, but he kept at it until he did. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it. He went above and beyond, and I would definitely give him a raise. I had heard about their good service, which is why I called. Now that I have experienced it myself, I would definitely recommend Ierna.

Smoothly and efficiently. I described the issue to Jake, he had it up and running in 20 minutes. I was very pleased. Was a bad capacitor. I also wanted regular maintenance on my system, I purchased a maintenance plan to keep my newer system in good shape. I feel I had a good day.

We had Carlos Lopez from Ierna's out today to perform our annual maintenance on the a/c unit and our air handler. Carlos called in advance and was prompt in arriving for the appointment. He performed the service required and explained in detail the work that was performed. The unit is in good shape and operating effectively. I would highly recommend Ierna's and Carlos was a fantastic technician.

The service technician (Marcos) was very thorough from diagnosing my A/C unit, addressing the problem, explaining the cause of the issue, and ultimately correcting the issue. Not only did he address my A/C unit's problem, he was careful to educate me on some preventative measures to maintain and prolong the life of the A/C. I am extremely satisfied with my service experience and will continue to keep Ierna's as my go-to company for my A/C needs. Also, will ask for Marcos as he was effective and efficient at his craft.

I use the best one for heating and a/c. I’ve been with them for 20 years. Every home I buy I always use them. When I bought my house 2 years ago, I got a brand new HVAC. Long story short the guy I bought the house from used another company nearby. I had Ierna put in units for me in the past so I had Ierna come check the system before I bought the house. After I bought the house and got settled in I’ve always bought the Arnotts system, which is very expensive, for purification. That way there is no algae, mold or anything in your vents or ducts, it keeps everything clean. It’s an ionization process. They are not cheap, but I had it put into this home and the UV lights. The former owner went a bit cheap on his installation, he got a good unit but he didn’t put the add-on the bells and whistles. I have them out twice a year to service. They are actually schedule now for a tune-up. I feel if whatever you have you maintain it, if you take care of it you don’t have to replace it. I buy quality the first time and take care of it. The Arnott system is excellent. Twice a year they check and clean out all my systems. Everything took about 2 yours, the install, going over everything. They know what they are doing.

It's a great company. They've been around for so long and I've used them for 20 years. I got with them, I was happy with them on my big family home where I raised my kids. I had a complete system, duct work, everything put in by them. They are awesome. I've recommended them to everybody. On my last home they put a booster system on it, to help with the longevity, it wasn't a very old unit, but it made the compressor kick on and off a bit easier. They keep me apprised of everything. Just one guy comes to do the tune-up, it takes about 45 minutes.

Yes, I would use them again if I needed to. I have used them in the past.

Ok did what was stated and charged me what I was told

The ComfortNet thermostat and Goodman AC unit were installed by AllTec Air two years ago. Ierna bought that company, but Ierna knows nothing about ComfortNet thermostats or Goodman units. Ierna has been to our house three times now. They did replace the thermostat, but it still disconnects randomly, and now we have been unable to connect the WiFi component which gave us the ability to remotely adjust the temperature. They don't know how to fix either problem and they won't fix it. I'm furious. I also requested more air filters, because we used to purchase them from AllTec Air. It took several tries before Ierna could get the order correct. To be fair, they haven't charged me a dime for their house visits; they only charged me for the filters. They are nice and courteous whenever I speak with them, especially Cindy on the phone. But that doesn't help much when it's a Friday night and our air won't turn on. I totally do **not** recommend this company.

They're good, they're consistent and we use them for all three houses we have. They're professional, nice.

The technician quickly found the issue and suggested adding a Protec Kickstart to the capacitor. I was able to find a Kickstart online and will install myself. The technician was nice enough to give me the option of purchasing and installing myself. Thanks, Ierna! I will definitely have you back every spring for an annual checkup!

They were very professional and explained everything well. They weren't unreasonable, but the company I went with had a better bid.

My mother was sold a low level AC by another company a few years ago and it has progressively declined. We started using Ierna in 2016 and have had nothing but A-1 top quality maintenance, repair and installation guys sent out to us. They all have been extremely knowledgeable and friendly from our first appointment with Danny S last year through Corey G who got us through our lack of AC last Wednesday til yesterday when our new AC was installed. They would have installed ASAP but we were awaiting approval on a program for financing... an awesome program which Corey told us about. So thank you Corey and yesterday's installation guys Nick, Jay and Wilmer! Corey was my sounding board through the whole process... Even taking the time to listen and help out after hours last week! That is dedication when you respond to texts from a stressed out Mom with no AC and a special needs kid ... while you are back in the comfort of your own home! He coordinated with his company to get 2 generators for us so we and especially my daughter did not have to suffer as much for so many more days. Corey truly went above and beyond! Thank you Ierna... We have no reason to call anyone else ever again! We love you!

Went well. Only issue was that some of the screws on our air handler were stripped and some of the screws not replaced.
