The called and texted and prepared me to get a filter before they arrived. Everything went well.

John and Marcelo did a great job installing the new AC Unit. Installation was clean and perfect! John showed me how the new thermostat works! Marcelo as well. The Unit is running great and really quiet, 56 decibels😊 with a new AC Unit fresh air at last! Ierna is great! I would like to mention Josh Bello as well as he was very thorough on the AC Maintenance as well, without him I would not have proceed with the new AC Unit. Compliments to all 3 of them👍

Wonderful company. They were extremely responsive, thorough, and communicative. I've used them in the past for a problem and had the same experience. They saved me money right from the first visit! The tech also told me up front what the price would be if the motor was under warranty or was not, so I wouldn't be surprised either way. Luckily, my fan motor was still under warranty, so they were able to replace that at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be using them again in the future for my AC needs.

Our A/C decided to die on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. Called Ierna's as they have always taken care of out A/C, and always a good experience with them. Spencer came out Saturday am and diagnosed the blower motor as shot to the tune of $1200 to replace it. Being the A/C is ten years old, we decided to look at replacing it. Spencer was very helpful and knowledgeable with his recommendations. John and Clayton came out to do the install a few days later and busted their butts to get it installed in under 8 hours, even with struggling to get the wire run for the thermostat move. They did a great job on the install, and cleaned up everything from the install! Overall is was a great experience with Ierna's, and definitely recommend them!!

Everyone was helpful from Nick Herkert the Service tech that came out and helped us with a problem and quote us on the new system. TJ and Jake came out to install the very next day so we didn't go long without AC. Great company and employees to deal with..

The problem was a capacitor. Honest company, fast and responsive. Have and will use again.

It all started from a "GO OUT OF YOUR WAY" NO PRESSURE sales person who came to our home 1st to give us a quote...... all the way to.......the 2 "AMAZING" Service guys, NICK & HENRY who installed our new A/C unit! I will definitely recommend IERNA'S to friends, family, neighbors, and maybe some strangers....LOL!

Ierna was excellent, from -proposal to completion. Attention and respect shown at each step, including making sure floors were protected. A/c’s are working well along with wi-fi thermostats.

Bryant HVAC was installed just over a year ago and it works great. Just have a problem with the Wi-Fi thermostat that allows you to control it from your smart phone and shows the outside temperature. It happen a few time where is shows 4 degrees outside when its about 75-80 degrees with 70-90 percent humidity. When this happens it will not allow the AC to turn on at all, but will allow the heat to turn on. Nick H. from Ierna's explained what was going on and that its has to do with Bryant's Hub. Nick H. was great and took the time to make sure everything else was working as it should be. As for the thermostat we just shut the Wi-Fi off and will see if that cures the AC not working.

We called around noon and the technician (Nick Herkert) responded within a couple of hours. He was courteous and answered all of our questions....including showing me where to look for a bad fuse. Nick also pointed out that Ierna's has an annual membership...which saves us money and includes a tune-up for next year. We will definitely call Ierna's with any heating/AC problems.

Service was exceptional once again. Carlos Lopez was my technician and he was on time and very friendly. He examined the ac and air handler and everything is running smooth. I would absolutely recommend Iernas to anyone looking for a new ac company.

Ierna's Heating Cooling and Plumbing installed a new HVAC and a new air handler on 3-6-18. My installation technicians were TJ and Austin. These young men worked so hard in my attic pulling the old rusty and outdated air handler down. Both men were very personable and professional. The installation was pleasant and these two men cleaned up everything in sight. I truly did not have to go behind them and clean up anything. I am so happy I used this company. I will use this company only for any work I might have in the future. I thoroughly recommend and love this company. Please give them a call for any work you might need. You will not be disappointed.

I recently had a brand new air conditioner installed by Ierna’s. TJ and Austin were the install crew and they did an awesome job. TJ and Austin were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer any questions I had during the process. They were so quiet during the install that I had to ask my wife if they were still at the house. I have been using Ierna’s for about 6 years now for maintenance, and now a new unit, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I also highly recommend TJ and Austin as they are the embodiment of Ierna’s professionalism and quality service. Prior to the install, Spencer was the maintenance technician that came out for the service call where a new unit was determined to be the best course of action. Spencer is another great example of Ierna’s professionalism and quality service. Spencer was very thorough and took the time to explain everything in layman’s terms. I highly recommend Spencer as well. Although realizing that the old unit isn’t cutting it anymore and that I’m going to have to have the expense of a new unit isn’t a fun process, Ierna’s made the process very easy on both the service side and install side, and I definitely recommend them. it was a very job but I had clean the inside as it was apparent that not on his mind and it was but it was a perfect install and would recommend you to others plus very far on price and lucly ther coil was under warrenty

The service tech Carlos Lopez was efficient, polite and professional. Given the unusual freezing temperatures in Florida it is amazing that he was able to complete the job so quickly.

Perfect. Carlos Lopez was the technician and he was professional and on time, courteous and respectful of my home.

Guy showed up on time but after that he did nothing but turn into a salesman. Every 5 seconds he was trying to get me to buy something. He more than likely took me for $69 bucks but I put trust in him and more than likely shouldn't have. I had a line that was clogged and he said he cleared it but after he left it was still leaking in my garage. He also used my electrical cord for his vacuum which wasn't' a big deal but then he just threw it in the corner when he was done. I called the next day about the leak and they said he would come back out. Wife stayed home all day with no call and no show. I called again and they said he would make it this time and he called my wife and said he would be at the house in 45 minutes. Well 1 1/2 hours later no show, long story short they finally got someone out to fix the leak, that is if its really fixed I will need to pay someone to come check the work. Not to mention whatever they used to clear the line killed my grass on the side of the house.
