IERNA Replaced my Electric water heater and installed two commodes comfort height. Work was done on time and in shorter period than expected and prices were very reasonable and competitive to other folks doing the work. ( I am Price conscientious but also want to the work done correctly)! I felt I got professional expertise and Installation. IERNA also installed my HVAC a year ago. Staff in the office is very cordial and workers to your site very professional. Stephen Tilton was my lead plumber and did great work. Thank you Carlos Berrones

While we ultimately decided to go with another company with family ties, we’ve used Ierna’s before, and I feel that Marcus Santiago deserves special mention here, as he did a brilliant job on not only his face-to-face visit, but on follow-up phone conversations and texts as well. It was a tough decision, because neither Marcus nor Ierna’s did anything wrong. On the contrary, he worked hard to earn our business.

John and TJ did a great job installing my Air Conditioner. Looks and works awesome. Everything went as promised.

Shannon Lessig came to inspect leak in the air handler. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and suggested several alternatives. I decided to replace my system. John and Austin came at the scheduled time and replaced the entire system. The work is professional and they cleaned up after the installation. I have been IOERNA for about 10 years and recommend this company highly.

Ierna is an awesome company. They are professional, competent and efficient. No time is wasted but they take the time for customer service. This is my second installation, different house, and I didn't hesitate to call them. I am pleased to recommend them.

I sent out a request for an estimate of the work, and Ierna Plumbing called me within 10 minutes. All other plumbing contractors sent me an email to contact them directly. Ierna Plumbing's personal touch gave them a step up in moving forward with the projects. Technician was exceptional (Dan V), and all work completed within the agreed estimate. Very happy with the results.

showed up late. talked bad about the wiring setup. changed out a unit and it worked. said I still need a fan motor. he took out the unit that was allowing my a/c to work. it was lower 90's. he would order one and call me Friday to set up an appointment. no call on Friday, called office not response. called him left a message, he called back made excuses. said replacing the unit and the fan would be about $500 plus. called someone else he r & r the unit and it ran. said I need fan he would put in. charge $50 to install fan I bought online cheap

My AC stopped working in a 15 year old unit. Ierna sent technician Alex to diagnose the problem and recommend a solution. He was extremely professional and helpful and recommended replacing the broken motor. A new motor was ordered and installed in the same day. I am very happy with the level of service provided by Ierna and would definitely use this company again.

Carlos was early. He was thorough, professional and efficient. He found tree roots growing in the unit and helped me cut and remove them saving me future problems. Needless to say, I renewed my maintenance contract for three years

I learned a lot from Maintenance Technician Jesus Ordonez that day about care and service of my unit. I will definitely ASK for Jesus Ordonez to be sent to service or repair my unit when ever it is time or I need repairs. I highly recommend IERNAS Heating & Cooling for service ,repair or installation of your next air conditioner , cooling problem or plumbing problem. I give them an A+ on all work that I have had done.

Fantastic !!! I was trying to replace a section of a PVC drain pipe and when sawing off the PVC pipe with a hacksaw I cut a hole into a 1/2" copper pipe causing it to leak. I called and in one hour a real plumber came and fixed both pipes. They charged $183 on a Saturday night. I'm happy and I'm sure you will be also.

We just had our 18 year old Coleman packaged A/C replaced with a new Bryant packaged A/C in our modular home here in Zephyrhills Florida. The Service Advisor Scott that visited was efficient and to the point. As soon as we decided that the quote and equipment were satisfactory, we called and the installation was set up for the following day. Dale & P.J. arrived about 10 AM and replaced our unit. They were very informative and did a very good job all to our satisfaction. Special attention was paid to the water runoff so it would be put out to the grass and not run onto the cement pad where mildew would grow like our old system had been. They had to install a new air intake in the Florida room that would make the system more efficient. Even though there were some electric wires in the way, Dale managed to do the job professionally. The cleanup and attention to detail are much appreciated.

Bryant was excellent. He explained what was going on with our system and our options. Based on his recommendation we opted to leave the system as-is for now and upgrade in the future, as things were functioning as intended. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

It when GREAT. They were here when they said they would be. They cleaned up after them self. The 2 Gentleman were VERY friendly, Curious and VERY Knowledgeable. They took the time to explain and answer questions. All around it was a super experience and almost made me feel good about spending the $$$$...

Asked for help explaining we were instructed by Choice Home Warranty to use our own technician and they Choice would reimburse us after we settled bill with IERNA’s. The young receptionist said her boss said they would not do job since they don’t honor Choice. We explained no less than 3 times WE the home owner were paying direct and Choice would reimburse us. Kathryn just did not understand and kept saying her boss would not work with Choice Home Warranty which we could not get her to understand we were paying the bill directly. Very disappointing!

Carlos Lopez was my technician and was tremendous once again. He is always prompt and courteous. He explains everything well and does a great job taking care of our heating and cooling needs. I would highly recommend Iernas.

We were so pleased with Ierna's. We required a complete A/C system with new duct work in the middle of August. This was a fairly large job and I was worried that we wouldn't have A/C over a long weekend. They changed their schedule to start the job earlier on Friday morning and planned to work all day Saturday to get the job done, which they did. In fact, they sent 2 crews to make sure everything got completed. Spencer, Nick, Tyron, Dale, Andres, Dvon and Shane were all superb! We really appreciated their efforts AND they left us with a portable A/C unit to use the night the A/C was still not operating during the replacement process. We have a friend who has an A/C business in Pasco County and before we did the job, he confirmed that Ierna's was a good, solid company who would be able to service our new A/C unit in the future with no problems. Overall an excellent experience with this company.

Iernas came out spent a few minute testing "loads", wiggling wires and then told me my system was installed incorrectly upside down, my fan was shot and it was pretty much unsalvageable and went into hard sell on a replacement unit.. I balked and said I just wanted a repair. After coming in and out to his van several times he said he had spoken to his supervisor to see what he could do. He said that if I insisted on having it fixed they could basically disassemble the system replace the fan and it might go another six months...for 1800 dollars. He said he felt bad for me and so got disounted quotes for a new system that ranged between 8000and 13000.. At that point i told him I was not comfortable with either option. He did get the system to start but left it in auto mode so within minutes of his leaving it was off again and would not reatart. I called back and was told i would have to pay a second call out fee. I called another company for a second opinion. Within ten minutes the other service diagnosed a dead capacitor in the air handler.. He said this is usually one of the first thing he checks at every call on a system that wont start but runs fine. Because the Iernas tech knew to do this to get it running but neither mentioned or repaired the capacitor, it is my OPINION that he was there to sell a system not repair one. The seond tech changed the start capacitor in minutes and nearly two years later it is running. He also he could keep the system running for at least another few years.. His visit was 100 dollars.

A/C maintenance was thorough and they took there time and explained what they were doing. They also found one of the capacitors was blown and replaced. Replacement cost was a bit high, but since they were here, I had them replace it. Overall, happy with service and would use again.

Was surprised to call Ierna late on a Friday afternoon, and they were able to come out within 1 hour. Not only were they quick but very professional, and completed the work quickly.

We had a leak in our 8 yr home A/C unit. Instead of repairing, we decided to replace the outside unit and the evaporator coil. On a Thursday, we discussed the options and decided on a basic Bryant unit. Dale and Andre came out on the following Saturday morning and spent about 6 hours replacing the units. There were a couple of areas where Dale explained to me that they could have cut corners to save some time, like reusing the old evaporator coil box, but due to it's condition, they installed the new one. After the install was completed, they spent time with me explaining exactly what they did and how they made it easy for me to do basic maintenance like pouring white vinegar down the drain lines to help keep them clear. Job was done really well and I will use them for future work.

Jesus and Carlos were great to work with. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. Will call Ierna's any time we need our a/c serviced or fixed!

I have had occasion for several visits from Ierna for plumbing services lately. My water heater needed replacement, my garbage disposal needed replacement and a faucet hose needed replacement. Steve came all three times and did an excellent job. I very much appreciate the responsiveness of everyone I've dealt with at Ierna. Great customer service and very reliable and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
