Iernas responded to my request for a quote quickly. Their price was very reasonable. When the plumber arrived, he diligently set about replacing the kitchen sink and finished the job in short order. He cleaned up eveything under the sink. He also wore carpet protectors on his shoes. Based on my experience, their Superior Service award is certainly warranted.

The gentleman that came over was very kind and professional. Prior to this service call, we had two plumbers come out from other companies to help determine where an odor was coming from. Neither of the two prior plumbers could figure it out and wanted to perform costly services without knowing whether they would solve the problem. The gentleman from Ierna’s found the issue and solved the problem on the spot without the need for costly services. He was trying to determine how to do this for the least amount of money possible. He was working with our best interests in mind. We are grateful for his capability, kindness and integrity.

Great experience provided by tech "Alex" on May 13. Arrived w/in 24 hrs of call & quickly assessed problem. He was professional, polite, personable - and tidy. He was diligent & detailed in completing the physical repairs. Best: I felt he was very honest explaining what I should expect in the future. I was left feeling "comfortable" - with peace of mind that I had been given honest, accurate info and "comfortable" with the (Blessed! Finally!) cool air.

It was absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. From the start the answering service tried to quote me a price nearly twice the Angie's List price, even after I told them I was Angie's List - the lady answering had no idea of the special deal I saw. Then to have the service technician get upset because I ask questions - as any consumer should He then promised to give me a credit for the money spent today should the repair (charging of the A/C) not last for 30 days and I need to get a leak test or new A/C...when I asked to put that in writing he said no. When pressed even more, he had to call his boss. Then to get on a call with his boss was just as bad. His first comment to me was "I don't care what Tim told you, this is what I am telling you." Excellent customer service, no? They will never be recommended by me to anyone, and I will go out of my way to tell people just what rip off artists they are...simply trying to sell their own A/C units, without actually looking at affordable options for the consumer. This "professional" tech, could tell me right away what my problem was, with little inspection; yet when pressed for details of his inspection, I am hit with a "that will be another $600" if you want to find that out. Their pricing for a leak test is astronomical - and when questioned about it, again the tech was put off and became agitated. After speaking with a COMMERCIAL A/C friend of mine, he confirmed all that I experienced was unnecessary, over priced, and obviously poor service of a PROFESSIONAL to a CONSUMER simply looking for answers before agreeing to spend thousands of dollars with them...detestable. And to top it off, they don't apply your service call price to your actual service costs - every other company in every other industry (plumbing, A/C, etc) applies your service call price to your service cost...not IERNA's. Was not worth the headache to work with them, but I needed cold air, so what are you going to do. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Don V showed up on time and performed all of the work, per our discussion. Don is very friendly, courteous and efficient. I provided the water heater and Don brought everything else necessary for the installation. This job required a new hole in the exterior wall to accommodate the drain for the hybrid compressor and significant new plumbing. Results were as planned and expected. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. Estimate for the service was the most reasonable among four Angie's List providers. Charged exactly what was estimated. We are very pleased with the installation.

Clint did a great job investigating all aspects of my air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. The company is certainly interested in making the homeowner feel they have their best interest at heart.

We recently hired Ierna’s to replace our ac system in our home. What an incredibly positive experience. Simple. Friendly. Truthful. I reached out to them via their website on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend asking for a quote. They were prompt to respond. They were 2 days faster to respond than our other local company who must have taken the weekend off. There’s so much more, but I will say this, they have my business for as long as I’m in this area. Thank you so much to Pam who set our appointment and Alex for coming to our home and showing us the proper system to install. LOVE IT. WORTH EVERY PENNY. Our installation team was Don and Donnie and their work is FIRST CLASS PERFECT. THANKS AGAIN SO MUCH.

I reached out to IERNA's via Angie List around 6:00 pm, and they said that someone would be there late that evening. Got a call from a technician at 10:30 pm saying he would be here in 30 minutes, and he was right on time. Got the air conditioner functioning for the evening by adding coolant and said it had a small coolant leak outside, and that the drain was plugged causing the leak inside, and that they would come back in a few days to diagnose the outside leak. I added annual maintenance contracts to both my units with them that evening, and the service call was included in the contract. I've never had a company that would get someone out that late, same day, to fix an issue. Very pleased with both the technician and the attention to customer satisfaction, which is why I signed the annual service contracts that evening. They called me the next morning to schedule the leak diagnosis for the next day. Just phenomenal customer service!!!!

Don and Steven were an amazing team! They bent over backwards trying to get me exactly what I wanted and needed. They went above and beyond to make me happy. Reasonable pricing and they make sure you are happy with their work. I would definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs.

Our old system was 17 years old and needed a new compressor. We did have a Home Warranty but the company they sent to fix it diagnosed the problem and only gave an estimate to replace compressor. The serviceman explained the possible need for a whole new system due to age and cost of repeatedly replacing costly freon. The service man was honest and professional, but was limited in his ability to go further due to the warranty. He suggested getting several estimates to replace the whole system, including his own from the main office. I did call 3 different companies, including the original, but the only one who got back to me within 24 hours was Ierna's. They sent a supervisory tech, Marcus, the next day to diagnose the problem, and he agreed with the need to replace the whole system to save money in the future. He sat down with us and painted a realistic picture of several alternatives and gave detailed explanations of positive and negative reasons for each. He took the time to explain 3 levels of systems available and financing options with discounts. We decided to go with Ierna after reviewing our finances and selected their top of the line system since we wanted to stay in our house for at least another 15-20 years, and modernize what we had. They were also available to start the next day! From beginning to end, the system replacement took only 24 hours and easily passed code inspection. Kudos to Dale who supervised the install, very professional, and his team of Tay and Tyler, who efficiently and with great expertise, helped with the install. They also installed an additional short piece of duct to improve cooling of the front of the house. And cleaned up everything perfectly afterward!! Since we selected a wireless thermostat, we also have been working with Nate who specializes in them to connect it to a cellphones as a remote control. The system is so quiet!! And controls the inside temp much more evenly and easily than our old system. It will also save on our electric bill due to an internal computer driven variable temperature control. We have no regrets about our decision, and are pleased that they will also provide 2 years of regular maintenance checkups and warranty coverage up to 10 years! We even got a rebate from the Home Warranty for the cost of replacing the compressor. We definitely would recommend Ierna's to anyone needing AC service or replacement!

Well done. Quoting process included some mistakes, but all were corrected by the installers and after service specialists. They are a responsive company and Devon and PJ performed a great installation.

As usual, the service with Carlos was exceptional. He replaced our UV light in the air handler and ensured our system was running smooth as we get into the warm summer months. I would highly recommend going with Iernas for all of your heating and cooling needs.

I would like to thank Bryant, Shane, Brandon, and Billy for doing a Class A job of replacing my A/C and gas furnace unit. Great job! I had a lot of questions and they had a lot of answers. Very professional. The install went as planned and I am very happy with the results. They are to be commended and IERNA's to be highly recommended.

I contacted Ierna about adding a shut off valve since there did not appear to be one at our house. I was contacted within an hour of asking for a quote and told that someone could come over later this afternoon. A technician, Stephen, came over about 90 minutes later and he very quickly showed me that I did have a shut off valve already but it was buried about four inches below the soil/mulch and that it was functioning fine. There was no charge for the quick service call. I will certainly use this company in the future. They are responsive, know what they are doing and are honest. Can't ask for more from any service company.

I had a plumbing issue. I called Ierna’s Plumbing. Stephen came out to my home and Diagnosed the problem. He scheduled an appointment and Stephen and Paul showed up the next day.
