Description of Work: They cleaned our two AC units and attempted to diagnose the source of the "dirty sock syndrome" in our system. We had one guy come out and he seemed completely clueless. I had to give him ideas of what to look at. I called Ierna's and complained, and they sent out a much more knowledgeable technician. It was somewhat frustrating to have to go through the process twice, but at least Ierna's was willing to send out the more experienced guy and make it right in the end.

Description of Work: Called to have them come check our unit on Labor day, they quoted me $110 for the service call alone. I called two other companies and they quoted me from $39-59.

Member, Ierna’s Heating & Cooling charges a higher rate for our service call fee on holidays to recoup the additional cost we incur. The services we provide are second to none; we offer a high quality service experience versus a discounted regret. Companies that offer a low service call fee typically charge more for their parts. We are up front with our flat rate prices and find that a majority of customers prefer it that way.

Response from IERNA's Heating & Cooling
We followed up with this customer twice on 05/31/2011 and 06/03/11 and we were not advised of any issues or concerns. We are disappointed in a C grade/review, as we strive for excellence. If this customer would like a refund of the monies they spent: $29.95, we would happily extend them a refund.
