I purchased 2 fiberglass planters for about $200 each. I brought them to my house and they sat empty for a few days while we prepared the area for them to be placed. As soon as we put plants in them, one of them cracked on 3 of the 4 sides, about 2 inches up ftom the bottom. When I contacted them, I was told the manufacturer would not warranty them, and they would not warranty them, either. I am a contractor, and I believe that if you sell a product, you should stand behind it. I will not do business with any company that has so little integrity, and even less concern for a customer.

This is a very nice nursery, however their plants were typical. Most of the plants appeared to be healthy and the prices were average. However, I can get similar plants in big box stores. For me to go back to a nursery/garden center there would have to be either great prices on the usual plants (that you see in most garden centers or nurseries) OR unique plants that I don't find elsewhere.

They did such a wonderful job, my yard was named Yard of the Month by the local home owner's association. You can say I typically have black thumb, so this was quite a surprise. Scott came out to look at my lawn, take measurements, and submit the design for my approval. I couldn't be happier with his design. My lawn looks beautiful! In August of 2010 after waiting 2.5 months for a job to be done (the second time I had asked for it to be done), I called to find out what was going on. I was told ultimately that since I only selected two of the several jobs, it wasn't worth their time and gas to come to my house to do this. I would have appreciated their notifying me of this policy upfront instead of doing nothing. I had contacted them in September '09 for a project and never heard back, so I called in May of '10 and renewed my request at a personal visit. I was sent a proposal. Due to the expense, I opted to have just part of the job done and planned later to have the rest done. I sent an email to this effect and never heard back, so I returned home from vacation fully expecting to see my job completed. It was not. This was very disappointing, and I felt then and now as if I were let down.
