Charlie and his wife are nice people and my house, driveway, and pool area are very clean. The pool pavers were in bad shape and they are looking much better now. Having said that, you are probably wondering why I gave them such a poor grade. It's not because of the job they did, but the damage to my property while the work was being done. While they were cleaning the pavers poolside, I was alarmed to find a large amount of mulch, leaves, sand, and debris in the pool. There is a good sized bed area for plants and they were cleaning the pavers around them. I shut off the pool as soon as I saw what was happening. I spoke with my pool service company and they said to keep the pool off and they would come vacuum out the sand and debris. Spoke with Charlie later that evening about my unhappiness about the situation and he said he thought I was "overly upset" about the pool and that the pool companies he talked to said that I could have sent all of the debris through the filter ok. The next day, they came to seal the pavers by the pool and where done and gone before I came home. My pool beautiful salt water pool now looked like foamy old bath water! Clearly the sealant was sprayed on and not brushed on. Either way, it was a mess and I felt like my pool had been treated like a trash can. I had to pay for TWO service calls from the pool company. The first, to vacuum out the pool and redo the chemicals. Second, a tech had to clean out and reset parts within the pool hardware that had become dislodged from taking in debris. I was fortunate to be home and to act when I did or else the outcome would have been much worse. I had to pay for my electrician to come out ($175) and replace a GFCI outlet that been ruined during the pressure washing. The outlet was the power source to my house filtration system and indoor/outdoor intercom system. Needless to say, the inconvenience of not having filtered water in Tampa (the water here is not so great!), being at home for the service call, and the bill was not appreciated. I realize that accidents happen. But having said that, pressure washing is their business and they should know what to watch out for. I gave Hoffman pressure washing a "D" grade (my husband said I should give them an "F") because I can't recommend them to anyone and I will not ever use them again. Charlie is aware of the service calls, bills, and my unhappiness about the damage to my property.

I've been using Hoffman Pressure Washing for years -- they do excellent work for a great price. Very neat, and take extreme care to protect all landscaping. Very professional, and punctual. I highly recommend!

Charlie was very thorough. He dismantled some of the downspouts and cleaned them thoroughly, reshaped one spout that had gotten flattened. He worked all day and every thing looked great!! Charlie is very professional and courteous.

Everything went very well, Charlie and his wife showed up on schedule and did a quality job. The price was very fair given the amount of work completed. I will use them again and highly recommend them. They are honest, hard working people.

I called Mr. Hoffman and left him a message. He called back a few hours later and told me he would come by my place for a quote the next day. The quote was very reasonable for all of the work involved and he offered a list of things I could do or not do, and it was entirely up to me. No pressure to buy services I didn't want but it was nice to know what different things would cost, perhaps for future work. We had to schedule for a few weeks out because they seem to be busy, which is not surprising given the quality of their work and the prices. The work they did was great and I was amazed that the pool deck could look brand new like that. There was a ton of debris in our gutters (new home purchase) and on our roof and it was all taken away by Mr. Hoffman and his work partner. I was very pleased and will be using them again in the future for routine maintenance. Professional, down-to-earth, and friendly, they are a pleasure to work with.

They gave a reasonable quote to clean the roof, sidewalks, driveway & patio based on a few estimates we had recieved. They were able to come out in a week or so and completed all the the work within a few hours. They were professional and everything looks great.

A young husband and wife team, Hoffman Power Washing were excellent. Initial message returned same day, they came by the next day to give a quote - with a Senior Citizen Discount. The quote was e-mailed later that day. They arrived on time and did a splendid job. There were 2 extra things I asked to be done and the tasks were performed with no problem. The lanai and screen looked brand new after the power wash. A neighbor was so impressed with the driveway and sidewalk she asked for their name for future work at her house. We were very, very pleased with the work done and the price was very reasonable. We will have no hesitation recommending them to our friends and neighbors.

I placed my first call with a voicemail. Hoffman Cleaning returned my call the same day. We set an app't to come and look at my home to give me a quote. I received their quote by e-mail within 24 hours. We set our date, they called the day before to confirm the job and time and called the day of service when in route. The owner is very nice and professional. They take all the furniture off the porch and replace it when they are done. The price is amazing for what they do. I've used them about 4 times now. Highly recommend!!!

Husband -wife team, on time, professional, courteous and generally pleasant and good people. I asked for a few extra little things to be washed and he was happy to do it. Will definitley use them in the future. They are good, insured, trustworthy and therefore busy. So call them sooner than later.

Hoffman's arrived on time and finished the job as promised. Several tough to reach areas along the exposed rafters were well done. Great care was taken to avoid damage to the wood siding and plant material along the foundation.
