Charlie's company always performs excellent work and while I never expect it, I am delighted to see that he's cleaned other things around the house among them the pavers on the outer perimeter of the pool cage, pavers underneath the fence gate and a basketball hoop pad. He uses bleach which makes everything sparkling clean. His services are always a great value.

Very well. No problems. I had requested to driveway/walks/etc. be cleaned. When he arrived I asked if he could come back at another time to cleaned the enclosed back porch. He stated he could do it then - I asked the price. He quoted me a very reasonable price ($20.00) and I accepted. He explained that if he came back the would have to charge me another $75 for another visit. I thought this is very honest of him to tell me this. I told him I would recommend him to anyone else who needed his services. I truly admired his honesty!!!!!!

Charlie has been brilliant over the many years we have enlisted his services. He does a great job, we didn't know if the roof would come out very well as it was quite dirty but Charlie did a great job with the cleaning. Charlie is dependable and does what he says he will and shows up when he says he will a couple of things other vendors may want to try and replicate. We will use Charlie as needed for future projects

Charlie and his team came out to complete the job within a week of requesting an estimate. He was very professional and responsive to emails which was our primary form of communication. In addition, he was thorough in explaining the process and what was to be expected. Cost was fair and reasonable based on the size of the job. He always cleans up after he is done and does a great job. He goes the extra mile. When he cleaned the roof, he did not kill any plants and made sure he had someone on the ground covering the plants. I have used him for several years.
