I called this company to get a quote for a move from Riverview, FL to Arlington, VA. First quoted me at $6,800 with the expectation that they might add a couple hundred to a thousand more. They ended up charging me $10,163. They keep changing on the how they priced me. They get you the the NON-BINDING agreement, so watch out for that. They will change it on you without notifying you. Its gets better. The week before delivery , I called a woman named Nicole three times to make sure they would be on time on the days of the move. I wanted to triple check, because I told her my family members were flying in for one day to supervise the move. She assured me everything was going to be fine and the expected time of arrival was 8 am- 10 am. The day of delivery, a lady named Samantha called me to tell me they were having mechanical issues with the truck so they would not be arriving until 3 pm! When I told her that was not possible cause we flew in for the day, she said she would get back to me. Never got back to me, I had to call three different people to get answer. Three different people who gave me three different reasons why they werent arriving until 3 PM. They finally arrive close to 3 PM and they donâ t start working for another hour. On top of all that, they left some of our stuff behind. They did not use the heavy duty mattress cover that we provided to them and asked them to use for our king size mattress. They did use it for the queen, so it blows my mind why they wouldnt use the other one or notify us as to why they did not. They never tried to help us out after they made mistakes and made everything so much more stressful. This move was already very emotional for us because of personal reasons, and they made it the worst experience Ive ever had with a moving company. To make things better, the day for our stuff to get delivered to us, was even worse. The delivery guy calls me the day before and tells me to be at the storage room at 8 am on the dot. He said he had another delivery so I had to be on time. I understood and asked my brother to meet them there at 8 am. The morning of, I get a text from the delivery driver that he needs until 9. I wasnt upset until he told me he just needed more sleep. Finally, 9 am comes around and they arrive with our stuff. But first, they want to demand that we pay them to $3,697 in CASH OR VENMO or they would be taking our stuff back. They did not tell me this the day before or ever. Then they want to claim they told me this from day one. In fact, I have it in WRITING that they accept cash, debit, credit, or check. When I asked for something that says I had to pay in cash, they kept saying its what they said. I felt stuck and super upset because I didnt know what to do. For anyone else in this situation, Im sorry. Our stuff had not even been properly packed, loose items were just thrown into the truck, without a box. Tables, chairs, and lawnmower had not been wrapped. This is not even the half of what I went through with this company. Ive been trying to get a claim form for over a week with little to no response. Finally asked for it in an email, and they replied saying I have to wait till Wednesday to speak to someone. Just a horrible experience all around.

This was our FIRST move with Hello Movers. Their people were really great. They seemed polite, super hard working and conscientious. We moved on a 100+ degree day from GA to MN. There were lots of stairways and lots of heavy furniture. The stairways were narrow in the new place but they worked extra hard to get our long couch up spotless, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else in the future!

I have moved several times in my life and this last time I booked my move with Hello Movers and it was the best ever! The amazing crew showed up on time and was ready dor their job as soon as they got there. They were fast but not careless about packing the boxes. They really cared about each item so all my stuff would fit but also protected. They were very respectful men who knew that this move was important to my family and we do not want to have to replace things due bad packing so they made sure all our stuff was very safe. The cost was super fair for all the hard work they did. We moved from AR to NJ and this was the painless move of my life. If anyone I know were moving I would definitely encourage them to use Hello Movers because I know they would be taken care of. This company will always be my go to moving company, they are just simply amazing all the way around!

We decided on Hello Movers because of their excellent ratings, and they did not disappoint us. We used them today for our move, and they were on time, professional, and very caring with our furniture and items. Larry and his crew were top-notch. They moved things efficiently and quickly. Great job! We will request him and his team to move from storage to our new home in November.

After a terrible experience with moving companies a few years back, I was very hesitant to trust anybody with my move. But the reviews of Hello Movers services didn't lie. This company was very professional, their sales rep and the dispatcher returned phone calls timely, showed up on time for the pick-up and on delivery day. I had all of my furniture within 10 days and everything was in great condition. I do not wish to move any long distance but for those who are planning to move, this company is a great option for all. For the great service, affordable price, timeliness and quality of care, I would recommend this company to everybody!

They were courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient. Within 4 hours, they moved everything out of our 1 bedroom apartment and had it set in our 2 bedroom home, ready to go. I saved more than expected. Hello Movers is definitely worth it. They were trustworthy and reliable. Highly recommend.

I called Hello Movers 48 hours ahead, they gave me a commitment without a down payment, and they were great communicators. The movers who arrived were efficient, fast but careful, friendly....everything you can hope for. Big thumbs up to these guys.

They arrived at around 9:30 am on the move and had everything in their moving truck by before noon. They were highly efficient with the movement of packages in and out of the apartment. They came with the packing tapes and other essentialities to ensure our things were packaged well. They also disassembled our bed very quickly and reassembled it at our new apartment. Overall, I was delighted and impressed with how fast they worked. All of our furniture arrived at our new place in good condition. Thanks a lot for the help. I will be referring this moving company to my friends and family and will be using them again!

The team was great. They came in explained all their services and what to expect before they started. We had a few items that needed to get packed. The team was undaunted by the task set and got everything packed up. We had a large home gym that needed to be moved. The team was able to handle it like it was nothing. Excellent work and dedication for the move. I was pleased with the result, and they were an extreme value on the price compared to the others I was quoted from.
