Lovely service. Wanted to book a last minute move organized for the next day. The movers came on time. They were quick and courteous. It the most direct and most pleasant experience ever with moving.

They were terrible!!!! I moved 11 pieces of furniture 7 arrived broken!!! They WRAPPED NOTHING IN BLANKETS!!!!!! NOT MY GRANDFATHER CLOCK arrived broken!!!! NOT MY VERY EXPENSIVE BEDROOM FURNITURE it all got damaged!! Had to be REFINISHED!!!!!! MY ANTIQUE GERMAN CLOCK was BROKEN Into 6 PIECES!!!!!! The man who fixed it said the only way it got broken like that was it was dropped out of the truck in the warehouse!!!!! I was told the truck WOULD NOT BE UNLOADED!!!!! I shipped 100 boxes, 1 large suitcase, an iron tripod stands for 5 antique bowls to set on. The truck went missing for 2 days!!!!!! Yep, you guessed it!!!!! It went missing into a storage place ( the drivers said the truck broke down) BUT when the truck arrived The LARGE suitcase was missing (filled with brand NEW clothes tags still on them) I was moving from Florida to the mountains of North Carolina and needed sweaters, jackets, jeans well someone got them for Christmas!!!!! The truck showed up on the 6 of December!!!! They were due December 3 or 4 !!!!!! They had NO manifest with them and unloaded that truck like it was on fire! I asked them to slow down so I could at least write the numbers down as they carried boxes in but they said oh we can not due to the breakdown we are behind (another load in the truck to deliver) they wanted to be home for Christmas. Remember they had to go back to the storage unit where all my stuff was to get their Christmas gifts loaded into the truck!!!!!! So I was missing the suitcase, the tripod, about 20 boxes!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I called HELLO MOVERS well the fun began!!!!!! I was 70 at the time I was told to SHUT UP!!!!! Not even my DAD ever told me to shut up!!!!! Xavier (the owner cursed at me!!!! He did not return phone calls!!!! He lied to me time after time after time!!!!! He hung up on me gee I thought I was the customer!!!!!! I paid him even when his men raised my bill by almost $200 before they even walked in my house!!!!!! I lied to be cheated on and treated with such disrespect!!!!!!! If you are a woman alone and a senior citizen does NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! How you can pay someone to do a job be ROBBED AND DISRESPECTED by SUCH APIECE of TRASH that YOU PAY IN FULL BEFORE THEY EVER STEP INTO YOUR HOME THEN THE OWNER TALKS TO YOU LIKE HE IS DOING YOU A FAVOR!!!!!!!!

Overall, they did a decent job. They broke a mirror but did fix it.

Mike and his team did a great job moving my furniture. They were punctual and took amazing care of my items. They were very friendly and polite and offered to help assemble my furniture afterward. I would hire them again for my moving needs.

First, let us just say, these 5 star reviews are definitely either paid for or friends and family. The tactic in which this company deployed to get the attention of people moving, worked with absolute precision. Nicole quoted me $2300-$2500 for my house. Keeping in mind, my house was not full and bedroom were not full suits. I knew something was wrong when one of the movers said, he was under the impression he was packing a 1 bed 1 bathroom, in which he immediately advised me the space the quote was based off of, was not going to be enough... Got Nicole back on the phone, did a little back and forth to end with lets just see at the end of the packing to see how much space is taken on the truck....... at the end of everything the amount actually double and I added only a 4 bar stools which were $60 a piece. .....a night stand was damaged and only given $60 for that. ...I talked to the managed, probably another lie, told him it was definitely misleading and false advertisement and they did a great job aggressively under quoting and charging double once the job is done.. This scam worked flawlessly. At the end of the day, it is best for you to move yourself or have your company pay for the movers to avoid the ****. Never again.

They were super-accommodating and took some of the stress off of moving. I was assisting my sister move to a different city, and it was worth it to hire them. Moved of a three-bedroom apartment. It was so quick. They are worth every penny.

When booking, they were pretty accommodating since we needed service early in the morning. Communication was also excellent. The team arrived promptly, did a fantastic job loading, and was friendly and respectful. Prices were also quite competitive since I had called several companies to compare. I highly recommend them!

These guys are not your average movers. The men were courteous, clean cut and professional. They did an amazing job securing and wrapping my furniture. Having moved twice in the last two years and had stressful experiences, to say the least, I was dreading moving day. To make matters worse, the lift to my 3rd floor flat broke just as we needed to start emptying it. The team from Hello Movers was absolutely amazing - they carried on with the moving, using the stairs, without ever complaining. They were so careful with all of my boxes and belongings, double-checking about anything fragile, and even fixing the odd piece of furniture before packing it! Throughout they were friendly, helpful, and above all soothing, given that the lift breaking felt like a total disaster, and the moving was done in much less time than I had anticipated. At the delivery end, again, everything went calmly, smoothly, and quickly. The team helped position furniture and reconstruct it, and stacked boxes carefully. Overall, they so exceeded my expectations that moving actually became a pleasure. I would recommend Hello Movers to anyone who will listen, and especially anyone feeling anxious about moving.
