Description of Work: The installed new sprinkler heads that we purchased from them, set the timer and did some other things. |Before I use them again, I would get a clear understanding of all cost. It seems unethical to pay for a service, then not know what any additions would cost. I rated that I would not use them in the future because I would not use them without first having a clear understanding.

Description of Work: Replaced most of my sprinkler system. There were no issues at this time. Sprinkler system was not used for a couple of months due to the heavy rainfall the area received. When we used the sprinkler system we discovered that one of the sprinkler heads was not working. Company representative (Keith) showed up and tried to charge my wife $175.00 for trip and replacing one sprinkler head. Visual inspection of the sprinkler head showed that it was a new head that had just been installed 3 months before. Only after my wife insistence did he replace the sprinkler head (at no charge) and departed stating that he would not provide any further service in the future. Do not recommend this vendor.

Description of Work: Cost included replacing of some sprinkler heads. It went very well...BUT...it appears that Angies list LOST my original rating and I really cannot see wasting the time to rate a contractor twice. So, I have avoided rerating for months until I got tired of getting reminder emails.
