Green's Lawn Sprinklers

Right from the start Kevin was incredibly professional. He responded immediately to my call and was constantly in touch through messaging. He called me, fifteen minutes before our appointed time, to let me know he'd be at my house within fifteen minutes. Talk about precision! He and his son did a thorough inspection, quoted me a very fair price on repairs and had everything completed within an hour after arrival. He also gave me a recommendation for another company when I told him we were looking at replacing our wooden fence. I value recommendations from quality companies when not sure whom to go with. I will definitely call Green's Lawn Sprinklers again for any irrigation issues I have in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone needing irrigation services.

Performed system check and recommended replacement on some sprinkler heads. System checked per Annie's list deal, however, the additional $115 to replace 3 heads was unexpected for the additional 10 minutes.

As usual, Kevin Green provided great communication (scheduling the visit at a convenient time and giving a head's up call prior to his visit). All work was done professionally. I have used Green's several times in the past few years and will continue to do so because of the consistent, quality service provided.

My overall experience with this service provider was extremely positive. The owner arrived at the scheduled appointment time, listened to what I wanted done, and immediately got to work. He took the time to ensure all problems with the sprinkler system were addressed and charged a very reasonable amount.

He was quick to get things scheduled for me. He called before he arrived and arrived right on time. He finished quickly and I'm happy with the job he did.

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and personable father and son team. Quick and efficient. I Recommend them without qualification. They know what they are doing and I appreciated the fact that they came a long way to honor the coupon I purchased from Angie's list.

Kevin initially came out and inspected the system but dueto the supplies required had to come back another day which we easily coordinated. Kevin and his son show up on time, are courteous and get right to work. While I marked Kevin as only a good price instead of a great price, I believe his quality is well worth the additional cost. I previuosly tried another comapny whose price was less but their quality and attention to detail was subpar and in the end I had to call another company within only a couple months to fix it right (glad I called kevin this time).

He was punctual, friendly, explained well. When he found 10 sprinklers leaking at the bases, he explained Hunter sprinklers have been found to do that over time- they were the original sprinklers, probably 20 years old. With my OK, he replaced them & did adjustments on many others for optimum performance.. All in all, we were pleased with his work & would use him again. All works fine now. Honest & reliable.

Ken called within 2 days to schedule estimate appointment. Walked through yard and made recommendations to better utilize my existing irrigation system. Agreed on price and scheduled service appointment. Arrived on-time, with full crew, and re-zoned the back year area to provide 100% coverage, and effective use of each zone. Replaced defective heads on other zones. Professional advice & job. Would certainly recommend and use again.

Kevin and his assistant arrived early for the appointment which worked out well for me. I found Kevin to be very friendly and easy to work with. We walked around my property checking the operation of all my sprinklers. Afterward he discussed what repairs were needed and gave me an estimate of what the repairs would cost. Kevin did the work quickly and efficiently. My sprinkler system now works like it did when new. In addition he discussed with me his recommended settings on the sprinkler control box and why he recommended those settings for my property. In the end I was very satisfied with the work he did for me and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs his services.

Kevin and his son were great! They were very professional and explained everything that was going on with my sprinklers (why things were happening) and made a few tweaks that should help save me money on my water bill. I will definitely use them again.

Went very well, called before arrival, walked me through process of repairing sprinklers. Began searching for zone valve while his helper repaired sprinklers.Finished in about an hour cleaned everything up left card, will use again.

Mr. Green called and asked if he could arrive early which I welcomed. Upon arriving 2.5 hours before scheduled work was immediately commenced. While his crew was replacing defective sprinkler heads I was shown adjustments on my system controller I was not aware of and updated as to unknown low volume irrigations regulations that are not posted on the county web site that could have led to citations and fines from the water police. All work was completed very professionally.

They where on time and very knowledgeable. Did a great job an fast would use them any time.

I absolutely love these guys! I've had Kevin come out 3 times in the past 4 years to replace or adjust sprinkler heads that my lawn service has broken. I know nothing about my sprinkler system and Kevin always takes care of whatever needs to be adjusted and turns off any sprinkler heads that don't need to be used anymore if I've changed my landscaping. He's always very punctual and I think he's very affordable!

They did everything they said they were going to do and more. I was able to get there card and will definitely have them back in a year for a check-up on my system.

As usual, another excellent job. They were EARLY for the appointment and finished quickly. Kevin explained everything to me and treated me as a valued customer.

Kevin was a pleasure to work with. The job was completed in a week after I contacted him. We installed a new pool and spa so we had to get our sprinklers fixed before we had new sod installed. I would give him an A+++

Replaced 3 sprinkler heads. We had one broken that we knew of but they noticed that an additional 2 were also leaking, so they replaced those as well. Checked our whole system, consulted us on reclaimed water lines that we asked about. Very prompt, responsive and did a thorough job. Service call took under an hour and was handled very well. Will use again when services are needed and would recommend as well!

It went great. Kevin is very much a professional and delivered exactly what he said he would. He also honored his Angie's List 10% Senior Discount. We are downsizing and have moved and were getting the house ready to put on the market. If I ever needed this type service again I'd call him in a heartbeat.

I would say that all went very well with one exception. I had no air conditioning that evening. I called and they did come back and we ran a new thermostat line and still no air. I had a service guy out the next day and a fuse had blown in my air handler and taken the thermostat as well. Is it coincidence that this all took place on the same day? Maybe yes maybe no. Green's offered to come back and bury the new thermostat line @ no charge which was very nice of them. I did not take them up on this offer. They did come back and attempt to correct any problem that could have been their fault and I would use them again in the future.

Mr. Green is very knowledgeable about all of the permits that need to be pulled in order to do the work, and he is very concerned about complying with city regulations. He and his son did a very good job, at a very reasonable price. We were very happy with them. They came in the morning, and it was a days work. They know what they are doing. We had another bid, and the prices were pretty much the same. We liked Mr. Green because he knew how to get everything done properly. He went in and they ran pipes here and there, they opened up our lawn, but they didn't mess it up. They did everything that they said they would do, and they were prompt. They are a generational irrigation people, his grandfather, and father did the same work, and his son is now his apprentice. We had a list of different subcontractors that were supplied to us, when we went to pay to get the meter, and their name was on that list as well. That was another security kind of thing that they are good workers.

Very good experience. Kevin gave me a very good idea of what my costs were likely to be when I called and held to that estimate. He was able to come early and coordinated an early arrival with me. He went through the entire system and also answered my questions on gutter drainage. Would definitely use again and plan to on an annual basis.

Kevin arrived early and went right to work, starting with raising the rotor in plants for better coverage. He cleared some of the overgrowth of plants which was certainly not required for him to do but was much appreciated. He located the problem with zones not working and fixed it, as well as ensuring the whole system was working as it should. Kevin was prompt, professional, and helpful. I will call him again if the need arises.
