Mr.Green was efficient did a fair and honest evaluation of my needs and charged what the sprinklers cost at the home improvement store

Kevin is very professional. He called before coming. He arrived on time. He immediately inspected my sprinkler system. He determined what repairs should be made and completed an estimate. He repaired the system in a professional manner. We are very happy with the service we received.

Kevin Green, the owner, tested the entire sprinkler system, replaced 17 Rain Bird sprinkler heads with nozzles, and adjusted other sprinkler heads. In addition, he cleaned out four more heads and readjusted two rotors in the back yard. We were very pleased with the quality of his work and plan to call him annually for a checkup of the entire system.

We were concerned about a leak in our sprinkler system causing high water bills. He reset my sprinkler system box and carefully explained to me how to properly set it in the future so that I was not watering 3Xs at each station instead of one. He not only did a complete check on all our sprinklers, but he also checked our water meter to make sure we didn't have a leak inside our home. He spent a lot of time helping me and refused to charge anymore than the original $49 service charge. I highly recommend Green's Lawn Sprinklers!

Arrived on time appointment was set. Kevin spotted that the timer had been unplugged and the water had been shut off when a plumber had been here several weeks ago. He corrected those mistakes. He and his helper cleaned and adjusted all individual heads. Replaced 5 rotors that were leaking and in bad shape due to age. Replaced 2 pop-up sprays. They completed their work in a timely manner and were professional and courteous throughout. I appreciated his advice on watering and maintenance. I feel that his charges for labor and materials was most fair and he took time to explain everything on his bill. He also included a generous discount on the extra work I requested. I most definitely will use Green's in the future!

This was an Angie's List 'deal' - $49.99 for sprinkler inspection / tune-up. We knew that parts/labor for repairs would be additional. Kevin (owner) called to schedule an appointment, and again morning of appt. Arrived right on time, explained everything, did a thorough (and fast!) job, and then tested each zone for several minutes to ensure proper functioning. The parts (new sprinkler heads) are definitely higher quality vs what the developer installed when we had the house built 10 years ago! ...Definitely will call them again for any needs in the future.

Overall I was not satisfied with this transaction. I have used Kevin once before and was satisfied with all aspects of his work. However, on this occasion I must have caught him on a bad day. First, I paid $50 for the quotes. Normally I would not baulk at paying for a quote that required some time to prepare and for which I would receive more than an invoice with a few notes scratched on it. For $50 I thought that I'd at least receive a hand-sketched layout of my property with head placements and zone lines. Kevin spent just a few minutes in his truck to write out the quote. I think the transaction started going down hill when Kevin tried to convince me that I didn't want to use drip lines. The fact is that I do want to use drip lines and would have appreciated his comments had he just moved on after I made it clear what I wanted. He seemed insulted that I would not acquiesce to his every suggestion. A few quick notes on the proposed systems: 1) $6,800 - First quote was for 10 zones and would be a new install (all new valves and control panel and pvc lines). Currently, the system covering substantially the same area uses only three zone with rotor heads (they spray over our picket fence). Since my goal was to use spray heads and eliminate "over the fence" irrigation design, I fully expected the zones to go up in number. But a 330% increase in zones seems excessive. He also estimated the need for 4,800 linear feet of pvc. This estimate does not make sense to me at all. I sent Kevin an email via his website asking if 4,800 was a mistake, but I never received a response. 2) $3,600 - The second quote just doesn't make sense to me at all as it is basically the same system that I have in operation right now using rotor heads that spray over the fence. The only real difference is adding 108 linear feet of drip line. But why would I pay $3,600 for that? I felt that the $50 I spent was a complete waste of money. I know from experience that Kevin can do good work but I don't have time and money to waste to determine what mood he will be in when he arrives. I cannot recommend.

He came exactly when he said he would. Kevin is neat, respectful of others, polite and well-groomed.

Mr. Green is prompt reliable and reasonably priced. He understood my concerns upon arrival and found the problems in short order. He fixed both concerns and was most helpful.

We had 7 heads that needed repaired and that is approx $9 per head plus labor (about 1/2 hour). They called ahead- even came early. They were professional, thorough and I would use them again.

Arrived early and called before coming...explained ever problem in detail, Replaced timer unit and explained its use...all in one Hr. VERy polite and answered all questions. Assistant took me around and showed all the changes. I would reccomend him to anyone.

The work was excellent, sprinklers are working fine, time is correct and am very satisfied (took a while to use sprinklers due to massive amount of rain lately)
