Aggressive tactic to up charge and spend a lot more, which we did. Work was done appropriately but we paid more than double the advertised amount

I contacted Greens because of a faulty irrigation controller. They could get me in in 2 weeks - so I waited. I realized that morning that they had scheduled me on Memorial Day! But they came out and he told me he had not realized at the time of booking that it was Memorial Day - but he wouldn't rebook me since it was so difficult to get an appointment for irrigation services. By the time they showed up I had figure out the problem with the controller and had replaced it, but wanted them to review my system -- and I'm so glad they did! 2 broken pipes, one with a hole drilled in it, and several broken sprinkler heads later I was all better! They did great work quickly and efficiently - and came out on a holiday! They are A+ in my book!

Everything went great! Anytime I change around my landscaping or need to change my watering schedule, Green's is great about figuring out what I need and makes sure everything is set up the way it should be.

The provider was right on time. He checked out everything and took care of a couple of problem spots. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He went over the bill in detail. I won't hesitate to use Mr. Green's services again.

I would definitely use Green's Sprinklers again! Kevin was wonderful. I brought the deal and was able to set up an appointment. Kevin was on time and got right to work. He checked out my timer and adjusted the settings and then inspected my system. Once the inspection was complete he told me what needed to be done, gave me a price for fixing everything and was able to fix the problem areas right away. Kevin and Travis(?) responded to my Angie's list "big deal" to inspect our irrigation system. We already knew we had some problems, so I asked them via email to be prepared with heads and parts. They adjusted 2 rotors, cleaned out 3 heads. Checked for leaks and found none. The also replaced 5 Rain Bird grass rotors, and installed parts to convert several heads to function better. They also fixed a broken pipe in zone 4 (which was not an easy thing to do as the pipe was on the other side of our fence and the area was way overgrown with weeds).

They were great! They called me to let me know they were coming. They arrived on time. They were friendly and professional. The findings of the sprinkler check were discussed with me, and they showed me the sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced. They replaced them quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely use their services again!

no problems...reset dates and times for system

The timer needed to be adjusted to permit watering during Hillsborough county water restrictions. I appreciated not having to figure out how to adjust another gizmo. I will definitely arrange in six months another inspection by Green's Lawn Sprinklers.

Kevin is awesome. He calls to let you know if he's going to be 5 minutes later than the appointment which allowed me to limit my time away from work. He didn't try to sell me new sprinkler heads even though I was asking about them and prepared to add additional heads. I trust his opinion and he is also very quick to respond whenever I call him.

Went extremely well. Work was completed efficiently and all zones checked to make sure they were running properly after replacement of the heads.

My son hired this company based on Angie's List reviews - he wasn't wrong! Kevin came out to our house after a thorough discussion over the phone of what I thought I needed. He was very professional, honest, and didn't try to upsell me on items I didn't need; he could have tried to sell me a whole new system for my house that was built in the 1980's but he only had to replace a few valves, the old timer, a small section of piping, and performed a service. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and performed the services in a timely fashion. He had all the parts necessary for the job and more. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and use again in the future.

I am happy with the end result. It turned out exactly as he said it would when he gave me the quote. Total charge was $500 which is the exact amount he quoted (no hidden costs). I also had Kevin come out two weeks prior to do a sprinkler tune-up on my existing front yard system. My existing sprinkle system in the front yard is 11yrs old and was not covering the entire front lawn. Kevin had to switch out all of the old sprinkler heads and now it's working great, covering the whole front lawn. For that service I bought the sprinkler maintanance deal for $50 plus it was $258.75 to change all the sprinkler heads (20-30) which seems like a fair deal. I'm very happy with all the work Kevin has done.

He called to confirm our appointment the day before. He arrived right on time and met with me about the problem areas. He went right to work. Very thorough. He only uses commercial grade repair parts. No big box store cheap parts. He had a helper but was working with him and instructing him the whole time. He worked for about an hour and a half total. Everything worked perfectly when he left. He is my new irrigation contractor.

Inspection and repairs went very well. Technician was very knowledgeable and showed up early to start work. System was tested quickly and problem areas marked for repair. Repairs were explained before work was started and completed quickly. Sprinkler system did not have water monitoring device and after explaining pros and cons of the wireless system he emplaced the device very quickly after I gave my approval. I would not hesitate to hire Green's Lawn Sprinklers again.
