It went very well. It was one of those things that I bought an Angie’s List coupon for and then of course it’s always comes out more. That’s what I hate about them. They did good work and they solved the main big deal I was looking to solve. The owner of the company was a little grumpy. He had his son working for him and that was very commendable because the son was very good at working and such like that but the owner who comes out and does most of the work and supervise and stuff like that. He was just kind of a little gruff and grumpy and I kind of like okay, I don’t think I’d talk to my customers that way. There was really no way, for that price, that they really would have been able to do anything for $49. It was a little misleading. They were there and there was no problem on that one.

As always he was prompt. He did a great job and everything is working well. Definitely worth the price and I will continue to use Green's Sprinklers again.

He did a nice job, made sure all heads were working right and reset the sprinkler system. I would let him take a look at any repairs I would need.

I would definitely recommend Greens Lawn Sprinklers to anyone and I will use them again for all my sprinkler needs. Kevin Green was professional, courteous, timely and thorough. He explained everything in detail and had to perform some extra work while here and the price was more than fair and less than I had expected. He promptly fixed my issues and my system is now running great!

We actually had him to come back a couple of times. It has been a great experience. He didn't charge me extra charge. He paid for half and we paid for the other half. It was a combo effort so I was happy with that.

They did a great job and showed me the issues rather than just telling me I had them.

This is the second time I've had them out to my house for service and will use them again. They are now on my favorites list. Here are the highlights: * Easy to get an appointment that fit into my schedule. * Arrived on-time * Talked about any issues I noticed, inspected the system themselves, then discussed what needed to be done and what the cost would be. Once I agreed to the price they got right to work. * Also provided some other lawn tips and recommended some products on the market they have found to be effective for yards. Everything is now fixed and works great.

The job went well. Mr. Green wasn't able to find exactly where the irrigation wire was cut, but he was able to re-wire a new wire which fixed the whole problem! He worked efficiently and was very professional. We were pleased with his work.

Kevin called me before the appointment time and arrived exactly on time. He carefully monitored and instructed his intern, who was replacing and reconfiguring the broken pipes to house the three solenoid valves that had been in two boxes. Replaced three old solenoid valves with higher quality ones. The manual valve box was at the corner of the driveway and the street. He moved the valve box further away from the driveway and street to prevent vehicles and sit-down mowers from riding over it. The green lid to the new box is at lawn level and easy to see. The new configuration is a thing of beauty. I feel much more secure about the new system lasting a long while.my Kevin is very knowledgeable and I am very glad that happenstance caused me to call him. I had called my regular sprinkler repair company, then cancelled because a friend was going to fix it. That fell through and I then contacted Kevin. I'm so glad I did. I've had solenoid valves replaced twice before in the same valve box. The new location should prevent vehicular drive overs.

My system has been turned off for approx 6 months thinking I had an under ground leak due to pooling on my lawn. I called and told them I wasn't sure what the problem was but I just wanted it working again. They were able to fit me in within a reasonable time frame. Mr Green called 20 minutes prior to arriving and showed up exactly at the time scheduled. After assessing my entire system he assured me everything underground was fine (huge relief!) that the pooling was from over-watering because my timer was programmed incorrectly. He replaced all the heads in my front lawn and raised them above the grass level because over the years my lawn foundation had grown higher than the old heads popped up. Used good quality parts. Satisfied with price and overall experience.

Nice people who know what they are doing! After finding our sprinkler system (reclaimed) did not work we called the Water dept - they told us it was probably due to sensor breaking. We called in the pros from Green's. They came on time on scheduled day. The sensor being attached to the roof line of second floor meant them not reaching the broken one. Since the wires to that one had been cut (thinking hedge trimmer by landscaper) they suggested a wireless sensor. Genius! It is now attached to our home in a reachable area and not hard wired to box. Fixed at first visit in less than 30 minutes. NO MORE hedge trimmer issues. Thanks gentlemen.

They were on time, professional and very helpful in explaining my irrigation system.

This is the second time Green's has come to my house. Called them last year and they inspected/repaired everything. Will call them annually for inspection. Great service! Kevin is very professional, to the point and fair in price. Explains everything, is patient while I write down instructions, etc. I'm a faithful customer!

Kevin was very responsive. I left a voice mail and he called me back right away and advised when he would be able to come by to look at the sump pump. He followed up when his prior commitment was running late so we set up time for the following day. Kevin called when he was on his way. He was very friendly and extremely polite. He looked at my sump pump and it turned out the pipe that was attached to it wasn't glued. I bought this house four months ago so I had no idea that the prior owner didn't glue it. He glued it and all is now working. We will definitely use his services in the future when we want to have our irrigation system checked.

I just purchased the home and knew there were issues with the sprinkler system and wanted them repaired. I even found that one of the sprinkler heads was on the wrong side of my back fence. They were very punctual and called prior to arriving. the inspection was done and I was told what was required to get the system up to snuff. I agreed and while they did the work I puttered around my yard. trimming and weeding. While I was trimming back a tree branch, I was assisted by the owner and he showed me how to trim it so there would be no little grow backs. :-) The work was completed in about an hour and every thing works perfectly. I would highly recommend this company

Went very well initially, but, he had to come back out due to the fact we were having a fence installed and some heads needed to be moved because they were originally placed right on the property line in the 80's. He came out ASAP since the fence was going up, moved 4 heads for us and didn't ask for a penny more. Now THAT is customer service and we will use him if we ever have any more needs!! I highly recommend!

Kevin was on time and very efficient. He quickly found the problem and fixed it! I would highly recommend Green Lawn Sprinklers. With over 30 yrs. of experience and a passion for his craft, Kevin is an outstanding technician of sprinkler systems.

Kevin is wonderful. My sprinklers would not turn off and he came within an hour of my call and had the problem solved in no time. I have used him 3 or 4 times and the service is always great. He answers the phone and will even troubleshoot over the phone to avoid a service call.

He arrived on time as promised and complete the repairs in about one hr. I would use again if repairs are needed.

They showed up on time, performed the work promptly and professionally. In addition, they checked my entire sprinkler system to make sure it was working. They also adjusted my controller so I wouldn't have to change it back and forth between DST and Standard time. And they adjusted my watering times so as to reduce my water bill! All in all excellent service.

I had used Green's service a little over a year ago and was impressed with their service and quick response. The same applies today. They are totally dependable and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future!

They came out and inspected the system, identified problems, resolved them, and tested all components for proper functionality. They also reprogrammed the sprinkler system to water at optimal times, and eliminated unnecessary programming. A good job in all.

Kevin and Travis showed up at my home on time, as scheduled. They introduced themselves, I explained that I wanted them to check out my system for any malfunctions and they began work immediately. Kevin reviewed all of the items requiring attention with me prior to replacing anything. I agreed that all work was required and Kevin and Travis completed the work. They were prompt, courteous, friendly and efficient with completing the work. The price was very reasonable.
