I called Gps out to fix my salt chlorinator, when Rob the technician showed up as scheduled he was knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Gps and Rob.

Jeremy and the GPS team did a fantastic job redoing the coping, cleaning and adding pavers to the existing pool for our remodel. The work was great, very detailed, and the customer service has been great. I would definitely recommend you speak with Jeremy about any needs or requests for your pool.

Rob, the repair man was absolutely spot on and everything that he did for me. He took his time and show me what the problem was. I loved his honesty and I highly recommend GPS. I want Rob to do all my work thatâ s how much I trust this man.

We recently had our pool resurfed. GPS came out gave us a fair estimate, and didn't try to sell us a bunch of nonsense we didn't need. We scheduled a date to start, they were on time and communicated with us the entire time. They have followed up after the job was completed. They have been fantastic all the way through.

Mike was great- he found the problem almost immediately and fixed it. I was impressed with his knowledge and the ability to communicate with me the problem. I wish all of the businesses Iâ ve felt with were as good.

I hired GPS to repipe my pool pump, install a salt system and make what was an unorganized maze of pipe valves, and chaos. right. Joe the worker was early to beat the heat and was very professional. Not only did he have everything laid out, he brought a tent for the sun, as well as all of the supplies. . From the first bit of conversation I learned that Joe was a the utmost professional. He took pride in his work and said he would make it right. While working, I could hear him singing and taking such joy in his work. When he called me out, he not only showed me his work but explained how it worked and how much better it was. Because of the change, my pool vac runs better, and it primes perfectly. Jo explained what they will be doing when they come back to resurface. At a time when workers are hard to find, GPS has a real gem in Joe. As someone who is in customer servicel, it was nice to have a true professional. Thanks GPS! and Thanks Joe! PS Ill let you know in my next review how the resurface goes.

I hired GPS Pools to remodel my pool, add a pool heater and provide the monthly maintenance. Now that I have experienced all of their services, here is my honest opinion. The Remodel - The pebble tech looks amazing! It sparkles and really looks fantastic. The placement of the mosaics isnt the greatest. Unfortunately they were moved from where I originally wanted and it could have been done better. The Tile work - Absolutely horrific job. The grout was poorly placed, left on the tile. From a far, you dont notice it, but up close, its terrible. The tile itself isnt level. There is literally waves in the tile. Again, if youre looking at the pool from a far, you cant see it. But if its your pool and you paid over $20,000, you do. The Heater - This thing rocks! Fantastic product The Maintenance - This was terrible right out the gate. After having the pool remodeled a large calcium build up was extremely visible. If your job is to clean the pool, you should have to be told to treat it. The cleaning, in general was half assed. The last maintenance they provided, the cleaner actually left the break open and the pump off, so the pool didnt run for 2 days. Had I not walked outside, I wouldnt have noticed until the weekend. He even installed the cover of the filter backwards. I called the office to get this fixed and was told after a week that the cleaner wasnt told to fix the filter because and they didnt feel it was a big deal and For me, my 1 and 3 year old swim in this pool. If you cant get the basics right, I can't put my trust in you to do the rest. In closing, I chose GPS because they did the work and maintained the pool, so I thought. But the truth is they hire contractors and are at the mercy of their skill set. I actually paid them more than the majority of the bids I received, to have one company do everything. My thought process was, if there was issues, I only had one company to deal with. If I had it to do all over again, I would have chosen an actual company that does their own remodeling, hired a professional cleaning service and used GPS for the occasional chemical needs when they arise.

Great company! Best price I found and we did not sacrifice any quality. I watched every second of all work done and I can honestly say their team did a great job completing the work in a timely manner and making sure my pool looked fantastic.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My husband and I could not be happier with the experience weâ ve had with GPS pools. OUR POOL LOOKS AMAZING! Prior to choosing to work with them, we had 3 other pool companies come out to give us quotes on resurfacing our pool. The owner of GPS, Glenn, was so informative about the process. He answered all my questions. He was friendly, professional and seemed truly caring about making our pool everything we wanted. We absolutely love the new resurface!! It took the guys less than a week. Jordan and Jeremy did a great job and had an amazing crew to help get the job done. Jeremy was so great! He was always available to help me with any random questions and gave us tips on what to do after the resurface. The guys are still maintaining the chemical levels of the pool and leave a slip on our door saying what they did and that they were here. Iâ ve spoken with Dawn at the New Tampa location multiple times and she is very quick to return my calls, answer questions and help me in anything Iâ ve needed. GREAT COMPANY TO REPAIR AND TREAT YOUR POOL!

Questionable Business Practices and Poor Service... Several weeks ago I brought the Dolphin Echo Pool Vac, that I had purchased from GPS Pools for $550.00, to GPS Pools for repair. Ashley said I would receive a call in a day or two with the diagnosis. I received no calls over the next 3 days. I had to go out-of-town. When I got back, over a week had gone by and still no call. I finally called Ashley. She did not come to the phone so I left a message¦ and was told that Ashley would call me back when she got free. No call back. I called GPS Pools 3 hours later. Ashley did not come to the phone but some guy told me she checked out my pool vac and it needed a new motor. And, by the way, the motor on the vac is out of warranty, so it is going to cost $350 to fix. I said, No Thanks. I picked up the vac, then called Maytronics, the manufacturer. They explained that the motor, power supply, etc. had a two-year warranty. I shipped the vac to them on Monday and received the repaired vac the following Saturday... No charge. Fabulous service! The repair order from the manufacturer stated... The motor was good! Maytronics replaced the DNI part in the Power Supply. I am a businessman who understands the importance of good communications, honesty & truth with customers. Sadly, GPS Pools has failed in all of the above qualities. There are too many good Pool Supply companies to deal with a business that isnt honest with their customers. Never will I step foot in this business again!

The job was not just 'done', the job was done WELL!

Chris and Daniel did a fabulous job replacing my DE filter with a canister filter. Also replaced HLS sensor in Pentair Maxi-them pool heater. Everything functional now. I'd hire GPS for next pool project in a heart beat. You would be foolish is you didnt.

OMG...I can't say enough great things about GPS Pools. They took care of every aspect of my Swimming pool project. It now looks amazing. Not only that, they care about their customers. They have called me a few times since the project was completed just to make sure everything was going okay with the pool start up. It you choose somebody else to do your repairs you will be throwing your money away.

Our pool was painted and it was a messy two day process to remove the paint. They did a great daily clean up job. The overall project went smoothly and the pool looks great!
