Very professional, great communication, respectful, on time. They did a outstanding job, stuck to the their fair pricing which did not change from first phone call to end of job. They called and asked if they could come early. Setup a 6 month schedule. Would highly recommend.

The service went great. Darren showed up right on time and went straight to work. He explained the entire process to me and let me watch along side him. Unfortunately the dryer vent was very clogged. The last part of the service includes going on the roof and cleaning out the vent cap. This includes a video with audio illustrating the vent being completely freed of debris. The dryer is now in great working order again. Would definitely recommend Fresh Air Services.

They called and asked to even come early- very professional and went above and beyond to tell me what sort of filters I needed and what was best. Cleaned out thoroughly and sanitized to my satisfaction. We have a larger home with lots of vents and very high ceilings.

I called on 5/21 and they came out the next morning. Very professional and explained everything. They even recorded a video of how the vent on the roof operated and shower a before and after results. I will be using this company again.

They did a great job. removed all vent covers cleaned them as well as brushing and vacuuming 8 ducts. They cleaned up and left no mess whatsoever, the guys were great and very professional..
