The 2 gentlemen explained the procedures before they started. Then they counted all the vents that needed cleaning and gave me the total charge before any job was done. They worked methodically from top to bottom making sure every cent was throughly cleaned. Then they applied antibacterial deodorant. All in all I was very impressed.

Darren & Joe are perfect representatives of customer service. Very professional, informative, great communication, respectful, on time. They did a outstanding job, stuck to the their fair pricing which did not change from first phone call to end of job, went above and beyond. Wore the booties, covered my furniture and cleaned up the very little mess made. Any time I had a question about anything there was no hesitation on answering. We are very very pleased. Would defiantly do business with again.

Couldn't have gone any better! Darren and Frankie arrived the next day as I had hoped. They explained the entire process to me so I would know what to expect. Everything went as promised. The black sooty vents now look brand new, ducts are clean and the entire condo smells superb. Darren & Frankie even suggested a more efficient air filter and dryer duct for me to consider. I especially liked knowing the job cost before they arrived to do the work. Will definitely hire this firm again and also recommend them to others.

These guys were wonderful. Their price was perfect. Very professional. Explained everything they performed and gave helpful a hints afterwards. Would definitely recommend if you need only ducts and vent cleaning; they rock. My house smells a lot better.

It went very well! The gentlemen were professional, prompt, and polite. They did an initial walk-through and completed a quote prior to starting work. Once they began, they checked in with me a few times to keep me updated on their progress. Really great to work with!

We hired Fresh Air Services to clean our air ducts and dryer vents for our new home. The previous owners had pets and we wanted to be clear of pet dander and fur. They arrived early, checked the number of vents and went over costs before they started. All of the vents and ducts were cleaned and sanitized. When they started to clean the dryer vent they realized it was already clear so I wasn't charge for it. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend using Fresh Air Services.

Punctual, polite, professional and thorough.

Darren and Anthony showed up on time and were very professional in their appearance and manner. First thing they did was put on booties to cover their shoes. Everything they said they would do, they did. Their charge of $25/register was spot on. No extras no hidden charges – just as Darren promised when I set it up. My wife and I were very pleased and asked them to schedule me again for next year.

Darren and Anthony cleaned the air ducts and dryer vent of our newly purchased home. They were knowledgable, professional and friendly. They showed up on time, wore shoe coverings in the house and cleaned up once the job was complete. They showed me a video clip after they cleaned the dryer vent on the roof. The previous owners must of never had their dryer vent cleaned, it was so clogged up a mound of dust and debris came out of the vent during the cleaning. I'm so thankful to these guys for cleaning it out. This could have definitely caused a house fire. We will definitely do business with them in the future!

Prior to meeting Darren and Anthony, I found their company here on Angie's List but there were no reviews. I decided to take a chance, and I am glad that I did! Darren was very courteous and knowledgeable on the phone. The quote he provided me didn't change once they arrived. They arrived on time and answered all my questions. Prior to entering my home, they covered their shoes and went to work. They ensured that my furniture was protected and covered before they started. All of my vent covers were meticulously cleaned and look brand new and as dirty as they were, that was impressive. As Anthony cleaned all of the vents and my blower motor/fan, Darren began cleaning the ducts. Once the ducts were clean (huge noticeable difference) and covers back on, they swept and vacuumed the whole house. After the sweeping and vacuuming, my AC system was sanitized. As I sit here and type this, besides the new looking vent covers and the amazingly fresh smell, you would never know that Darren and Anthony were here. They are polite, knowledgeable and most importantly respectful, not only to their customer but to your home as well. There are many times I have done business with a company that only cares about up-selling or adding to their profit margins, I can assure this is not how this company does business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fresh Air Services if you need your AC system professionally cleaned and sanitized. You will not be disappointed.
