After several est. I hired Facades and More Inc to assess & find where I have a leak coming into the house & repair it & the stucco. Eddie, the owner came out & he gave me an est. He quoted me a price of $1200. & that would repair 75 sq ft. Eddie's brother & 2 other men actually did the work. The brother showed me where there was some rotted wood, & expl'd the fixing process. The leak is now worse! They acturally fixed approx 10-15 sq ft. (that's why the price was $700.00 instead of $1200). I called Eddie, he said he spk w/his brother & everything was done properly & there was no rotted wood & he wld come back out. Eddie came out & said, he will do whatever it takes to fix the leak, his wk is guaranteed for 1 yr. He corked some cracks & said they don't fix rotted wood & he was not in the bus. of finding & fixing leaks. Having raw stucco & the acid wash, I now have to have the whole house painted, another cost entirely. His lic is FALSE.He told me to get someone else to fix the problem

They responded to my call in timely manner and gave an honest estimate of time when work could be completed. They worked with me in scheduling (to my convenience). The workmen arrived on time, placed tarps under areas to be repaired, finished work in timely manner, and cleaned area after work completed. I was so pleased with work that I have hired this company to do additional repair.
