He came in close to the time he said, which was fine since we were being fit into his busy schedule for a Sunday and we called Saturday night. We weren't available to be home earlier so we took what we could get for time. He came in right away and identified the issues, let me know and went to fix the problem. He had the switch in his vehicle so we didn't have to wait on a second visit. we got our discount for the service plan and everything started to kick in and work. Very nice guy and polite and professional. Would definitely recommend this company to others. They seem to be the least expensive with consistent service.

Went very well. Technician showed up on time and fixed my system without any hassle. Steve did a wonderful job. Great guy!

They did a good job. The workers were fine. I did not have any problems with them. One of my friends referred them.

I called them to schedule my free 21-point inspection and free tune-up from a coupon I received when moving to tampa through Our Town. It specifically stated free 21-point inspection and tune-up (a $75 value), and when I talked to the person to schedule it, he said he was unfamiliar with the free tune-up part and said he would check on it after we scheduled a time. I never heard back from him and when the technician came, he did the 21-point inspection and said I would have to pay for the tune-up and said his boss never mentioned the free tune-up aspect. I showed him the coupon, and that it very clearly states that a free tune-up is included, and no fine-print suggested otherwise either. He called back to the office and they didn't want to honor that aspect of the coupon. Very disappointing. I will not use this company again, as it didn't appear that they want to honor what they say.

They are very honest. They are pretty clear on their communication in terms of what they are doing and why they are doing it. I definitely don't feel like they are taking advantage of me. They'll tell you about the problem and give you different options. They are generally the same people, so I get some familiarity with the people who are coming out which is good.

Excellent service. The owner was on site for much of the job, did the final checks, and was even here when the inspectorsarrived. Very prompt, very professional. Excellent service.

Their prices were too high. They were professional. I did not have any issues with them. I would probably not use them again.

Dynamic did a great job. We had them do some re-ducting work a couple of years ago and liked them so much that we decided they should be the ones to replace our system. They are punctual, professional, fair, honest, and they do excellent work as well as being extremely responsive. I've recommended them to family, friends, and clients and am always confident that they will take care of them.

Company installed a new heat pump and air handler. The cost was almost $1,000 less than my second cheapest estimate. The work was done in a very professional manner. Darwin was very helpful over the phone and Sean did an excellent job on installing the system. It is obvious that Darwin is a very concerned about giving excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent! Arrived at scheduled time. Professional. Careful with carpets - wore shoe covers. Explained options available. Pleasant and easy-going; not pushy. Good sense of humor. Will definitely call again if the need arises.
