Duane is an outstanding professional, he is always thinking of the seller's needs and kept me well informed with the process since I have never sold a home by myself before. Duane helped me to get my townhome ready to put on the market and then walked me through each step along the way. Duane is a handyman and was able to help me with some small repairs I needed to get done before placing my townhome on the market.
