+ -1 moreMr. Walek was absolutely awesome. I am really happy with him. I looked at over 25 houses during Thanksgiving with him. I don't know a lot of people who would put in over 80 hours during the holidays. I gave an audition for agents and he was the one who asked the really honest, critical questions. A lot of them tried to skew the questions. He wanted to get me my house which is what a good agent would do. He asked the important questions. He was someone on my side. He let me use his fax machine. He helped me negotiate the price. The house we bought was the one we bought. The house is perfect and the price is great. He almost died too but he was there for my house closing. He is that committed. I was really fortunate to have him on my side.
