Bayside Garage Doors

Bayside Garage Doors gave us great service. Richie arrived as scheduled, inspected our door and was thorough in explaining what needed to be done for it to be brought up to meet the current hurricane codes. He had the supplies with him and was able to perform the upgrade that same day. When I had questions a few days later regarding the drawings he provided for us to get a homeowners insurance discount, he was very responsive. All in all, it was a very positive experience and exactly what you'd expect from an A rated supplier on Angies List.

I called to see if I could get someone out to give me an estimate. We go through the process of scheduling it and taking all my information down. She then tells me it will be a $45 fee for the estimate. I told her I already had another company coming out as well to give me an estimate for free. I'm not going to just give you $45 when I could potentially be spending $1500 in business with you.

Went absolutely fabulous! Made an initial appointment to inspect door and discuss options. Showed up on time, door inspected, options reviewed, prices were very good, time line agreed upon, door in stock. They showed up on time, efficient and no damage tear out, install went very well, installers were polite, professional, explained everything in easy to understand terms, clean up by crew was great! No drama, no extra costs, everything went as discussed and planned! Door looks great, is really quiet, garage stays cooler, is heavy duty storm rated, rec'd paperwork for warranty and insurance company. Nice!!!

I called at around 6:00 on Friday night, and shortly after noon on Saturday, Jonah came out and diagnosed the problem. He was extremely courteous, informative, and efficient. Within a couple of hours, the new motor was installed, and all work was completed. He also educated me on future care of the system. Overall, an excellent experience. I would certainly use Bayside again, without hesitation.

Garage door spring broke after arriving home. The next morning I called a few places to see if anyone could come out and give an estimate. Since it was the Friday before Memorial weekend, a few places would not be able to come out for an estimate till the following week and others said even if they did the work they wouldn't be able to come out till the following Friday. I called Bayside and was given a reasonable quote. I asked when they would be able to perform the work and they said they were nearby and could squeeze me in today. I was sold. They arrived in less than 20 mins and were able to get everything done in no time at all. Very pleased with how it all turned out. Will definitely hire them again for future work.

They pointed out a potential improvement to rollers, and the sales approach was very respectful and informative. I would strongly recommend this company. I employed them after a bad experience with another large, local company, and their service, prices, attitude, professionalism, and work quality was better in every respect.

Bayside Garage Doors was very responsive; I had called them on a weekend and they promptly returned my call and we set up an appointment time for Monday. They showed within their window and also called in advance to let me know they were on the way. It does not get any better than that. They replaced both springs on my garage door and then I asked them if they could replace the rollers while they were here. They also adjusted my opener oiled my hinges and wow what a difference. I should have had them come out long before. Dont wait call Bayside today.

Wow! I did my homework and Richie was the best! Responsive and professional. He was knowledgeable about all kinds of options. He kindly mentioned options that would save me money and heartache down the road. I interviewed him on a Tues and he was able to have them installed on a Friday. He was able to get permits and be finished on time. What a great company. He was referred to me by a friend and I will refer this company to my friends. You can trust this company to do a quality job.

Extremely well! Ritchie was efficient, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained everything so that we could understand the work he was going to do.....he answered all our questions installed all the necessary parts and cleaned everything after he had finished his work. I wouldn't want to have anyone else ever fix our garage doors!

Richie was prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. He explained the solution and the cost before beginning work and then installed the part to take care of the problem. He worked quickly and made sure the garage door worked properly before leaving. I was very pleased with the way he solved my problem.

Richard was prompt, courteous and totally professional. I called him on a Saturday of a holiday weekend and he was at the house within an hour and a half. He gave me an estimate of all the costs up front, clearly explained everything that needed to be done, and had the work done in about an hour. He did a fantastic job not only in replacing the garage door torsion spring but also replaced the rollers, lubricated the hinges, made needed adjustments and gave me recommendations on how to maintain the door for maximum performance. Great! Called them at 8 am, and they gave me a window of 2-4 pm the same day. They arrived about 2:10 and the job was finished in about 1/2 hour! couldn't have been more hassle free! Would definitely use these guys again.
