Description of Work: problem caused by original incorrect installation of door ( not by Bayside) over time door became heavier and heavier to lift. Bayside had done a wonderful - fingertip lift - for 2 other garage doors i have so i called them to see if they could improve this one. |They carefully explained and showed what was wrong with the door, gave me firm price, were able to repair it right then, had the materials required at hand, and finished in no time at all. |very satisfied, will definitely use again. |

Description of Work: In addition to the service we called for -- to help us program our garage door opener ($36), he also found that we needed to realign and lubricate the apparatus' chain. That cost an additional $150. In retrospect I'm sorry I spent so much for this additional service. The opener still makes an unusual noise when it operates.

Description of Work: Richie replaced my garage door opener and all the necessary accessories. He was punctual in arriving and was very knowledgeable regarding the equipment. He explained the operation of the new opener and was patient in answering my questions. Description of Work: The deal I responded to was for a single spring replacement since I only had one broken spring. However the door has two springs and I was informed that they needed to be replaced as a pair which increased the price. The technician also discovered that the bearings were worn out and he replaced them as well. Overall I was well satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: We called Richey and he returned our call within 2 hours. Richey came to our house about 20 minutes after he returned our call. WHAT GREAT SERVICE! Rich had the door fixed and on his way in no time. He put a new spring on, replaced the cables on both sides, and realigned the door. We will certainly recommend this service to all.
