The job was completed but took 3 weeks. They offer you a cash price for the service and if you don't take it, they charge you a $45 service fee. If you call them back to do the work, they pull the cash price from the table and they won't offer a discount of $45 for the original fee you have already paid them.

It went well and I had specifically asked that the torsion springs be tightened up to balance the doors. Richie was very accommodating and took care of the tuneups that I got through Angie's list. We did discuss the age and condition of the main door and he recommended that I have the rollers changed out which I will have done when we are in a position to change out the torsion springs as they could break due to age and most likely excessive use.

It went very well. He introduced himself and was very pleasant to talk with. After his explanations and price quote my husband said okay we will do it and asked if he could do it now. He said yes. Backed his truck up and went right to work. He showed us the errors of the original installation, replaced rollers and spring, realigned the door and secured all screws. Richie then told us how we need to maintain all moving parts by lubricating them about every quarter. He was very efficient and informative. He gave us a receipt which included a 1 year warranty. We were very pleased with his promptness and his work. We have three garage doors and would call him again if we have any future needs.

The service call was scheduled for a specific date and time and they arrived as promised. They provided a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arriving. Technician was great, replaced the broken springs and some worn out rollers. The cost was exactly what was quoted on the phone. Very friendly and courteous.
