Description of Work: I used this company for a short time to help balance and clean our pool shortly after move-in. I was happy with the actual service, which happened to be among the most affordable at $60 per month. I also had them install a new pool light, which we had scheduled for a weekday. Unfortunately the appointment came and went that day, and I was never notified that Scott needed to reschedule for another day. The only other minor issue I had is that I never received a work receipt for the installation of the light (which I'm still waiting on). Overall I was happy with the service, but communication could be slightly better on their end.

Description of Work: I called the company and left a message on their answering machine. They very promptly returned my phone call and provided me an over-the-phone estimate for replacing my pool / spa pump. I did not end up using this company only because I could get a better warranty from another company. I will say this company treated me with the uptmost respect and were very professional. I would call them again and consider them for service.

+ -1 moreMy old pump and filter were leaking. Rather than repair an old system I decided to go ahead and replace it. They didn't try to upsell me on a big fancy system. They had to reschedule the install by one day but did offer to even come out the evening of the scheduled day to do it. It was no big deal for me to wait another day. The install was clean and I didn't have to pick up after them at all.
