This company is doing pavers in Avondale working on sidewalks. Decided to take down the yellow tape blocking my driveway knowing the concrete was freshly poured so they can park their trucks on my driveway. Completely unprofessional.

Other than the time it took for obtaining permits from Hillsborough County, the project went very well. We are very satisfied with the results and the overall quality of the materials and the workmanship. In fact, we are currently asking ACP for a quote to replace our concrete driveway and entry walkway with pavers.

The only problem was getting the stone material delivered in a timely manner. This was not the fault of ACP, but rather the stone manufacturer. I had contacted 4 vendors to bid; one never showed. Two others were vague in their design and deliverables. One was higher in price; the other was lower but did not use the specified stone manufacturer. The ACP sales representative knew her product line very well and was the only vendor to come up with good suggestions and designs which I could understand and accomplish what I had envisioned. She was very professional. She helped arrange for other electrical contractors to provide for lighting. She and the manager of the hardscapes division came out several times to make sure there were no problems and that every one had a good grasp of what was required. She also came out at the end to make sure everything went right. The job went very well. They arrived on time and finished on schedule, despite the fact that the stone manufacturer was delivering the product in stages and at the very last minute. The site was left clean. The installation was perfect.
