Ace Septic Tank Svc

very disappointed. I had them out to pump my tank. I had a broken cover they wanted to sell me a new septic tank on the spot. I went elsewhere and had the one broken cover replaced instead. I would not recommend them . I got a service bill of over half what the pump out would have cost without actually ever getting the pump out.

The owner of the company came along with his technician. They were very punctual, professional, friendly, and efficient. They did a good job. They seemed very honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone who needs such service.

Very well - came out on time, performed the work and put everything back as it was.

Everything went great. John and Josh were punctual and professional and didn't try to sell me anything that I wasn't already inquiring about. The price was also fair.

Could not have been better. John was out of town, but Scott and Joshua showed up on time, opened things up, cleared out some clogs, emptied the tank, provided me with a new top for the tank, and rode off into the sunset. I've done business with John before, and was extremely satisfied; he is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. Scott and Joshua are the same; pleasant, courteous, good-natured, efficient. In addition to doing the work that I needed, they answered a few questions about the system, providing me with a basic understanding of how the system operates. These folks will always be my first choice for septic tank work.

Honest John and his Nephew arrived in a timely manner after having some mechanical issues with his truck of which he kept in full communication with me. They dug up and opened both holes in the septic tank saw the pump had failed, thoroughly pumped and cleaned out the tanks then checked and replaced the pump with a new 1/2 hp pump better than the 1/3 hp pump the builder had installed. Explains everything he's doing does excellent work and a fair price!

Excellent. I called on Wednesday to request pumping. John told me he was booked until 1 p.m. Friday. I said fine. He quoted the price. I said fine. He arrived promptly at 1 p.m., located the tank, pumped it, called me out to look at the cleaned tank, and then closed it and filled in the hole. Extremely satisfied.

It had been 4 1/2 years since last pumped and I was concerned that the septic system might fail due to excessive rains. Another company wouldn't drain due to the high water table. I waited a week then called Ace and John scheduled service several days later. He was to come at 2:30 but called that morning saying he could come at noon or wait until 2:30 - my choice. Told him to come early which was good because it began to rain again as he was finishing. John and Kevin worked together to locate and uncover the tank covers. The tanks were drained and I was shown that they were empty and that by running water inside the flow into the tank was good. The men worked quickly and thoroughly. I was also shown that the lines to the field were clear and at this time I didn't need to be concerned with new ones. In accessing one system, the Verizon wire was cut as it had been laid directly across the tank and cover. The issue was brought to my attention and there was service disruption. When Verizon repaired, the wire was retrenched to clear the tank. John was careful to not cause undue damage to the lawn both in cleaning the tanks and in gaining access with his truck. I'm pleased with the expeditious handling and honesty of this owner and his assistant.

Fast and professional, doing a job no one wants to do.

Arrived when they said they would, did what they said they were going to do and took great care to be sure lid was properly reset when finished. Very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend!

Gary and Kevin came out the same day when I knew my septic tank was full. I had dug the caps out for them but they were ready to do what was needed to get to the tanks. They even suggested to pump the lift station as well and Kevin checked the float switches and pump operation while he pumped the lift station. They were professional, courtiess, knowledgeable, and efficient with their services. I would recommend them to anyone in the Lutz area.

They're very good. They're excellent. They came out on time. They came at the time they said. They did everything they're supposed to. They came and said that everything was fine and everything was good. They didn't overcharge. They checked everything and made sure everything's fine.

Ace Septic responded within hours and arrived promptly to complete the work. They took time to understand my problem and were able to complete the tank pumping, troubleshoot the lift station, and educate me on how the system functions - all within a couple of hours. I was very fortunate that the actual cost of the work was less than originally thought and commend Ace Septic for their honesty and not performing work that was not needed. It's rare to find a company that can be counted on to perform only the necessary work, even if it means that won't make as much money. I will be using this company for all of my future needs and highly recommend them.

The two men were very prompt, extremely nice and attentive, and very efficient. They were there and done in an hour! They are hard workers, but still pay attention to the client. I would highly advise their service to anyone!

John called my office to tell me when they would be arriving at my house. He and and his nephew ("right hand man") were there to meet me right on time. They were very efficient and helpful. They were fun to work with and made the task more enjoyable with their fun conversation and teasing back and forth. They made an otherwise "grim" task very enjoyable. contacted John Jimmerson and made an appointment for 1/14 at 11:30am. He was very prompt and very professional. His helper was also very respectful and did an excellent job. They answered all my questions and provided a written evaluation and marked the septic tank and drain fields for future contractors.

They tore up the yard getting into the residence, destroying the sod and the flagstones. They pumped the septic, and replaced the float as promised. While they were there, they cracked a pipe, necessitating another repair. They didn't even mention the holes in the tank that needed to be fixed. All in all, the minimum necessary was done.

It was great. John was was very professional, on time, at a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

We called at 11 am and they said they would be here at 4. About 90 minutes later they called to see if they could come in 45 minutes. I was thrilled to get them here so soon. They were very friendly, informative and did the work with a minimum of fuss. Work was completed quickly and they left the work area clean, almost as if they'd not been here.

Ace was very prompt. The representatives were professional and very courteous.

Called them at 8am and they said they would be here at noon. At 11:59 they were pulling up out front. John (the owner) and his son were very professional and courteous. This was one of the best service calls I have had. I would highly recommend them.

The guys are really good. They make sure that the system is working correctly.
