Description of Work: Had our pool pump checked as it stopped working. We weren't sure if the pump had just quit or perhaps had suffered a lightening strike. The pump had suffered a "ground strike" and needed to be replaced. The vendor replaced the pump for free as it was under warranty.

THE WORK WAS DONE GOOD, HE KEPT TRYING TO MAKE MEMBER FEEL SORRY FOR HIM FOR ALL THE WORK HE NEEDED TO DO, AND HE COULD NOT PULL WIRE THRU THE SAME AREA THAT ANOTHER COMPANY HAD ALREADY ADDED A CEILING FAN AND A LIGHT, HE CLAIMED THAT AREA WAS TOO SMALL TO WORK IN AND CAUSED KATHLEEN TO CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION FOR THE WIRE, WHICH IN TURN CAUSED PATCHWORK AND LOOKS AWFUL, GAVE HIM AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF WORK, HE WAS HERE 2 DAYS, AND WOULD COME TO WORK WAY TOO EARLY, WOULD ADVISE THAT HE WAS COMING AT 8AM AND WOULD SHOW UP AT 7:30AM. REPLACED 5 CEILING FIXTURES, ADDED GROUND WIRE, ADDED LIGHT SWITCH IN THE GARAGE.

THIS MEMBER SEEMED PLEASED WITH THE WORK, CALLING US OUT ON ANOTHER OCCASION TO DO MORE WORK. SHE CALLED US OUT TWO TIMES (AS SHE STATES) SINCE THE ORIGINAL JOB, AND IF SHE WAS UNHAPPY BECAUSE WE SHOWED UP EARLY, WE APOLOGIZE. WE TRAVELED OVER 45 MINUTES EACH WAY FROM OUR LOCATION TO GET TO HER PROMPTLY AND TRAFFIC ON THE BRIDGE IS SOMEWHAT UNPREDICTABLE. IF SHE WAS UNHAPPY WE SHOWED UP EARLY, WE ARE SORRY FOR THAT. WE WERE SURPRISED AT HER COMMENTS BEING THAT SHE CALLED US OUT AGAIN TO DO MORE WORK FOR HER. HER WORK WAS EXTENSIVE, AS EVIDENCED BY HER OWN COMMENTS, AND WE WERE SURPRISED AT THIS RATING.
