They gave me a quote over the phone, but never did any follow up.

BEWARE of gouging and deception. Co. says no estimate because of Angie's discount, but rip off elsewhere. EX: $20 for a combo switch that is $7.33 at Home Dep., $1.50 for 46 cent receptacle, $3.50 for $1.15 item, etc. First man tried to say I needed dedicated line to box; I called Tampa city electric inspector, who said no as long as it's protected, thus company blatantly jacks up the price. Workman was slowed by hurt back; lied about hourly cost; got appt. time wrong. (Not enough work so they try to make $$$ all from one person.) Horrible experience. Angie's List discount is window dressing, just bait. I also mentioned Angie's List & the workman said "they pay a lot to advertise on there." So which is it? Angie's list now takes advertising? Six months ago I called another electric company & got an estimate $100 less but could not afford it right then. I spoke to the workman & sec'y regarding my feelings, but they don't care! Too desperate grab $$$ from whoever.

Bernard (the owner) was the consummate professional - he significantly underestimated the amount of work for this job - but stuck to the quoted price without complaint. He did a top rate job installing everything.

I called @ 2pm today and they came @4:30pm today...he did excellent work and was very professional and pleasant.

The electrician was on time. Bernard called the night before to verify the appointment. They cleaned up after themselves. We were happy with the work.

They were very good, just too high for me.

Both occasions were favorable experiences, and I would highly recommend their service. Their administrative work was extremely professional in scheduling and arranging the appointments - and the quality of the work and professionalism demonstrated by the master electrician was excellent.

Bernard made every effort to come out to my home within 2 days. He was concerned that it might be something serious causing more damage as time went on. Bernard was very conscientious and checked everything electrical in the house, keeping me informed as he went along. He was friendly but professional. Everything checked out okay except for some areas of low voltage which he tried to compensate for by switching some breakers around. At one point, he consulted with another electrician by phone, stumped as to what the problem could be. The problem remains a mystery, but at the present time, it is not as pronounced. The things that Bernard did seem to have helped. Only one variable power outage since his visit. The lights dim visibly when the A/C come on, but that is all. I highly recommend this electrician to anyone and will use his services again. I don't have room here for all the details, but Bernard went out of his way to discover the source of this problem.

Outstanding work. They are very knowledgeable about antique fixtures as well as contemporary everyday vital electrical issues. They have very fair pricing for a job that took two men more than one day.

Ms. Luzanne was very rude to me. My husband was out of town when the electrician, Bernard Planas installed the fan. I told him to pick up the check the next day, or we could mail the check to them after my husband inspect the job. Luzanne was very rude and told me that she could put a lien on my house if I did not pay upon completion (under the Florida Construction Lien Law). She again quoted the Florida law and said that she could charge me for the special trip made to my house to pick up the check the next day. I know a company can file a lien against someone if the payment is not paid. Does the law state that the payment has to be made immediately after the job is done? She said that I was wasting her time on the phone and she hung up on me. I fear she would put a lien against my house and reluctantly paid the electrician without being inspected by my husband. I am not happy with her customer service. In fact, I felt she was trying to frighten me by quoting the law.

Overall, the experience was good. Installation was very quick, and the electrician was friendly and showed me his work afterwards. He also showed me how to operate the new switch.

Bernard was on time, worked from the moment he was on-site, didn't even take a break for lunch either day, cleaned up his mess, and was very polite and meticulous about his work. I really can't compare price but feel that he earned his money.

I called for an appointment and was told the first appointment was in April. Then the lady asked where I lived, and since I lived in Carrollwood, they could send someone out next week as the first appointment in the AM. This was awesome. I received a call Tuesday night (my appointment was for Thursday at 8 AM), and the gentleman asked if he could come a day early. This worked out better for me. The tech was wonderful (my mom had to meet him at the house as I had to work). She said he was quick, efficient, and very personable.

Bernard fixed the damage done by a previous company while installing tile at my house. I would not hire any other electrician!

The technician had very good manners and was nice, but misdiagnosed the problem. They kept telling me that the washing machine was causing the problem in our home. He advised me to unplug it for good. When another company came out, they said it had nothing to do with the washing machine. That was a waste of $120. I think the company is good, just the technician wasn't.

The company went out of their way to fit me into their schedule at a prompt and early time. Bernard was on time for the appointment. He was very polite and professional and also very experienced and knowledgeable in his profession. The job went smoothly and the price was very reasonable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ABSOLUTE ELECTRIC.

The price was reasonable. They explained everything they were going to do. They were great all-around.

The technician arrived on time and after a brief explanation of what areas we needed serviced, he set to work. He asked for clarification during each job and upon completion, ensuring our satisfaction. He was a hard worker who took no breaks (only a short lunch break) between his 9 - 4 work schedule. He cleaned up all work areas before moving on to the next task. He was polite, personable, nice attired, and very professional. We look forward to using him again and recommend this company's services.

BERNARD WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONALLY DRESSED TO DO THE WORK. HE IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AND PROCEEDED TO DO THE WORK AT HAND. HE WAS CONFIDENT IN KNOWING WHAT TO DO AND APPARENTLY HAD THE PROPER TRAINING TO COMPLETE THE WORK. HE WAS HELPFUL AND KIND AS HE WENT FROM TASK TO TASK.
