Description of Work: We needed our central a/c repaired, called this business, sent a text message at his request for a call last thursday, June 22, 2017.

+ -1 moreFantastic! Everything is working great and I will keep TriCounty HVAC in my phone for my next emergency or service for sure!
Description of Work: I called TriCounty on Sunday morning with a non-working a/c and Ryan was there in 15 minutes. He spent about 3 hours going through my unit inside and out narrowing down the issue. Once he found it I was going to need a part, which was not available until Momday. Monday morning he found the part and bought it even though it was going to be warranty to save time. He came to my house late in the day and got everything running flawlessly in an couple of hours. I can't say enough positives about Ryan and the way he took care of things.

+ -1 moreHe showed up less than 45 minutes after my call and got right to work. He checked and explained everything that could be causing my a/c to not be performing as well as I'd like. Once my a/c was fixed he was even able to fit someone in immediately that I was referring. This company was quick, professional, and efficient.
Description of Work: Complete check of inside and outside unit for efficiency. Added freon and checked for leaks.
