He was showing up every other week. He sent me a new contract for 32 cuts a year when I needed 52 cuts. We are used to mowing the property 52 times a year. It just didn't work out. It wasn't the boys' work because the workmanship was great. It's what the office came up with. The office is the one that caused them to lose their contract with me and not the guys' work because their work was excellent. They are great people especially if we get Jose who was the project manager. He does an absolutely excellent job. He is not afraid to go and do that extra mile. If we need help on something else, he will be on it. The office was the one that was screwing everything up. It was because of the contract or I wouldn't have let them go. He did a good job when he was there. The office wouldn't come out every week. He would be there when he was supposed to be there. Jose would always call me up if they ran into problems or anything. I was happy with them at first. I would consider using them again in the future if I can get rid of the office; they have an eighty year old man running the office.
