RJM Water Filtration

I was disappointed because I thought the man who came out and looked at it to give me the price was going to come out, but instead he sent his helper. It seems to be working okay but every piece of garbage that could have been dropped was dropped in my driveway all around the pump. My old pump had rusted a lot so there was a lot of rust on it and he just threw it on the lawn so I was not very happy. I thought it was going to cost a lot less but when he got out here he charged me another $70 for the guy to come out. He told me I needed an additional $2,300 worth of stuff; I don't think I do so I am going to have someone else come out and look at it. I am supposed to have a three-year warranty but he would not give me one so I had them write it on my receipt. I don't think he should have charged me the additional $70. When they wanted my business they were right here and responsive. I think the installer was pretty prompt but he was supposed to clean the concrete slab the pump was on with muriatic acid. Instead he only cleaned off a small spot under the pump; for the money they wanted to charge me I think he should have cleaned it all off.

We were in the market for a new home water system. We live in the Acreage and rely on water from a well. Unfortunately, our water system hadn't been working for quite a while, and we were tired of having to purchase bottled water for drinking and cooking, as well as the multitude of cleaning products necessary to remove the lime scale from sinks and showers. The yellow ice cubes produced by our freezer where disappointing and THE rust stains our our white clothes served as a constant reminder of the need for a new water system. And them we found RJM. We happened to be walking by their store front in the Publix plaza in Loxahatchee. We went inside just to see what they had to offer and were a little skeptical at the claims that were made. Clear, fresh water. That just seemed too good to be true. We didn't have that even when we first bought our house and our current water system was new. So we gave it some thought, visited the store again and made the leap. RJM came to our home, tested our water, and recommended the system which would serve our needs. THEY WEREN'T LYING!!!!! The water running into our tubs, showers, sinks and toilets was pristine. And the biggest indicator.......CRYSTAL CLEAR ICE CUBES!!!!! And, being a nurse, I was having to bring my white uniforms to the dry cleaners weekly. Not any more! My laundry is WHITE!!!!!, not yellow, not rust colored, but WHITE!!!! We are so happy with RJM and recommend them to anyone looking for a new home water filtration/softening system. It's worth every cent!
