Description of Work: Without going into a detailed explanation of the course of events of cancelled appointments, no shows, and services not provided as promised, the bottom line is that the "Big Deal" Landscape Evaluation with Plans was never provided. Angie's List as well as Ringler would not stand behind the deal they advertised and was paid for. Neither Angie's list or Ringler would refund monies paid. Do yourself a favor and look for another landscape company. No "Big Deal" is a deal no matter what the cost if the service paid for is not provided. I personally am also cancelling my subscription with Angie's List.

Description of Work: Made appointment more than one month in advance - they were booked and I was away. |Did not show. Did not call. Do not answer phone. Update: Mr. Ringler called and apologized, stating he was ill. He has rescheduled in a timely fashion. I will update once he has been here.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a landscaping evaluation and plans. He was very prompt with his visit about two months ago. He took several pictures of my backyard and provided a proposal for landscaping. It was a little hard to communicate with him in regards to the follow up, but it was around the holidays. Overall my experience with him went very well.

Description of Work: Had Michael come out and evaluate landscape for future design elements. Design took a little while to get but was pleased. The one difference would have been to actually see a plan either on paper visual to the new layout of items requested rather than an estimate bill
