Myles arrived, located the animals and put them in the humane trap to be released elsewhere. During this time, he explained what he was doing and why. He was extremely helpful and very, very polite. Absolutely fantastic.
Description of Work: Promptly and professionally removed a mother opossum and four babies. Myles, the technician was polite and gentle with the animals. He is excellent at his job. He called to say he would be a few minutes later than the time he quoted on the telephone. Overall, a fabulous experience, great guy. I highly recommend this company. My uninvited wildlife was removed within hours of my first call. Thanks to Palm Coast Pest Control for recommending them.

It was a total wast of money over $1000 spent over 8 months and I still have the same problem. I would not recommend them since I have fired them today.
Description of Work: Phil started with an initial service to eliminate a mole problem at the cost of approximately $400. He followed up with monthly visits from May through December 2014 at the cost of $99. I still have the same mole problem, they just moved to different parts of my property. He kept telling me they are coming from the property next door. Only problem is they don't have the problem

Our college-educated pest control technician has been the most consistent and reliable of all the contractors with whom we've had to work in the purchase and restoration of our new home. After a thorough examination of the extent of animal activity on our new property, Nuisance Wildlife Rangers recommended a systematic sealing up of the foundation of the home; as well as sealing off of the soffit vents on the roof. They custom cut steel mesh for all vents. The full home exclusion is under a one year warranty. Since beginning their work in May, they have live-trapped 2 adult raccoons, 7 opossums (one even with a full litter in its pouch), and minimized the tree rat infestation. They also handled the clean-up of rat droppings found under the kitchen cabinets, and did an ecto-parasite treatment of the attic. We are now on a monthly maintenance plan to rebait the rat stations (discretely located) and apply raccoon repellant to ward off any new-comers. If all our contractors were as professional as Nuisance Wildlife Rangers, I'd be a much happier home-owner. They keep appointments, call to confirm their appointments, and respectfully call if they are running late. Paperwork is legible, consistent, and thorough. Our technicians are professional, friendly, knowledgable, available and most importantly, reliable! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Description of Work: Our pest control technician re-baited rodent bait stations that he had set several months ago to eliminate a rat problem; as well as applied raccoon repellants around the foundation of our home to prevent a secondary infestation of the raccoons who were living under our deck.
