No Pressure Roof Cleaning

I called and got a quote over the phone. Appointment set for 4 days later. Technician was, prompt and thoroughly cleaned the roof. He covered all the bushes and cleaned up when he was finished. Roof looks new again!

I feel bad that I have to give this company such a low rating. Booking went well, the price was within my budget and the tech who came and did the work, Corey, was great. But I am very upset that they would not do the metal roof (aluminum) that covers my pool & patio. Getting that clean was one of the main reasons I choose them. When I booked I spoke with Paul about this. He said his main concern was if it would take all the paint off the metal. While we were speaking I told him I had scrubbed clean one side of this metal roof using bleach and he indicated then, that using their solution would not be a problem, (since I had already worked with bleach). When Corey was here he did a little area to test (part in a photo he sent Paul and also a small test section I left on the side facing the house) and it DID NOT REMOVE THE PAINT. And it looked a lot better than all black and dirty, as it does now. Yet, for some unknown reason Paul still refused to let Corey clean this. I would be happy to update and revise this rating if Paul gets in contact with me and has Corey come back and do this metal roof at the agreed upon price for the extra work (in addition to the roof of my house...which I already paid).

A young man came to clean my roof. Nothing was mentioned about the harsh chemicals. A few days later the bushes and plants around my house were severely damaged. Paul Guitard, owner, told me to make an appointment with his office for a landscaper to come and replace or repair the plants. They promised to call me back (twice!) with a schedule, but no phone calls came. I repeatedly called and sent emails and all I got were promises. I disputed the Visa charge. They called and said they would come the next day if I reversed the dispute...so I released the dispute. They said it wasn't in their system and would call me back. I never heard from them again. VISA told me the vendor withdrew the money. It has been over 6 weeks and the plants are worse. I got estimates from established landscaping companies. It will cost $2000 - $2400 to repair and replace the damaged they caused. This company is unprofessional and poorly managed. See other similar reviews on Yelp and Google.

Bad. First they killed a lot of the bushes and grass with the chemicals. One of the interior walls facing the pool was discolored and stained with the chemicals. A worker came (on Saturday) to visit the damage, said he could do nothing to fix it and he would have the owner/supervisor call me the following monday. 3 full weeks have passed and I have not received a phone call to discuss how to fix the problem. The wall now requires to be painted; either they do it, or I do it and ask them for reimbursement. That was my offer to the worker who visited the damage. No answer. Very bad an unprofessional service. I would not hire them again.

This company does not stand by their warranty once they ruin your landscaping at your home with the chemicals they use on the roof. May 22, 2018 – No Pressure Roof Cleaning power washed the roof of my home. When scheduling the appointment they guaranteed their chemicals would not damage any of the landscaping around my home. On the day of service they provided the brochure which states they warranty the landscape and will replace any landscaping that is damaged (I uploaded a copy of the brochure with the section highlighted in blue) Approximately a week later - I contacted the company to let them know there was a dead shrub on the side of my house, a dying spiral shrub on the side of the garage, and grass on the other side of the house that was dead. I was told to keep watering it and give it at least a month to see if it would come back to life. (I have attached pictures of the spiral shrub that shows it dead and all the leaves falling off of it) July 5, 2018 – The company came back to my home and fertilized the grass and the spiral shrub. They replaced the shrub on the side of my home that was completely dead. The company’s representative also cut all the dead branches off the spiral shrub and said that needed to be done for the new branches to grow. I was told to give it 3 months for the fertilizer to work. (I have attached pictures of the shrub with the branches cut off) September 19, 2018 – I sent pictures via text messages showing the 3 months had passed and the shrub looked absolutely the same as it did when they fertilized it. He said he would come replace it. October 3, 2018 – Sent a text asking when they were coming out to replace the shrub but received no response. October 19, 2018 – Sent another text asking when they were coming out to replace the shrub but received no response. October 22, 2018 – Filed the dispute with American Express. Within 2 hours (at 5:52pm) of filing the dispute I received a text to call and schedule the landscaping repair. October 23, 2018 – Called and left a voicemail and sent a text at the end of the day stating that I had called and left a voicemail and never received a call back. October 24, 2018 – I called and was told I needed to send an email with the pictures and then an appointment for the replacement would be scheduled so I immediately sent an email with everything I had already previously sent. I continue to get a run around from this company. It has now been 6 months and the issue has still not been resolved. They have a warranty guaranteeing the landscaping would not be damaged from them power washing the roof of my home. They have falsely advertised not only over the phone to me but it is clearly stated in their company brochure as well.

Went well. Roof clean. Some grass browned from chemicals but not too bad.

Overall OK, but needed to clean up after the work was done; Leaves and other debris that were blown off the roof and residue from the chemical was left on driveway and sidewalk.

Update. Had rated as B but damage to landscape gets worse by the day so I have lowered rating from B to C and added photos. Roof looks great. However, lawn and shrubs have significant damage from chemicals. They said they would cover the lawn and shrubs, however, this was not done. They did spray the shrubs with water before cleaning the roof and told me to water after they were done with the sprinklers. I did it right after tech finished and had them on on their cycle that night. Nevertheless have significant damage.

Great! Smooth and very clean rood and driveway.

They showed up on time and sprayed the roof and patio and sidewalk. The chemicals smelled pretty strong but it rained as soon as they were finishing up. I asked if that would lessen the effectiveness of the treatment, they claimed no. I guess time will tell, since the roof has a 2 year warranty. The only problem is the low pressure spray doesn’t clean off any debris off of the driveway or sidewalk, leaving the dirt after the treatment.

They were the quickest to respond, but the price quote was very low. When I asked about license and warranty, they did not respond and I hired someone else. I don't know if they are good, but I didn't like the lack of response to my question. I suspect the first quote was auto generated.

Excellent on roof. However - sustained a little damage to plants/grass around house - some of which is coming back. This is the nature of chemical cleans - so I was not completely surprised. Tech did cover plants, but still some short term damage. Overall an excellent job, but could not give all As because of plants.

Very efficient and affordable. Exactly as described. Plants and grass spots were killed but came back in 3-4 weeks as explained. Work done while we were away. Service provider was not good at cleanup. Found 3 blue gloves and a cut up hose throughout the yard upon return and inspection.

Did not use their service. i contacted them for a quote and they responded promptly with a quote for my home. They then asked, and I provided, the address of my next door neighbor and they provided a quote for that home also. The problem is, the quote they provided for my neighbors home was less costly than my home yet their home is two stories and larger with an attached guest house/office. I asked how this price difference could occur and they responded that the estimates were based on the square footage obtained from the county property appraisers web site. I went to the property appraisers web site and the square footage of my neighbors home really is greater than the square footage of my home as I told them. I let them know their information was incorrect and I attached actual screen shots of the data for the two homes taken from the county appraisers web site showing that my home truly was smaller than my neighbors. They totally disregarded the information I provided, responded that their calculations were correct and they will not change the estimates and if I had a problem with that I can call the owner of the company. Granted the difference in cost was not material but that is not the issue. The issue is the attitude I received and their inability to justify their quote with anything other than to say "we are correct" and too bad if you don't like it. This attitude and lack of consideration tells me that "No Pressure Roof Cleaning" is probably a company to be avoided. If you use them and all goes well - good for you. You're lucky. But if you use them and there is a problem - you better watch out!! You will probably have a fight on your hands.

Very professional did a great job hosed down plants after he was done.

No Pressure Roof Cleaning got us scheduled quickly and did a great job. All plants were covered to protect from the cleaning solution. There was some browning at the outlet points for our gutters but this was explained when I made the initial call to set the appointment and then again when the service was performed. They sprayed the lawn down to limit the impact and the brown area is already looking much better.

Very well, they cleaned some mildew covered walls as well for free!

It went great. The gentleman were professional and prompt. My roof looks fantastic.

The roof itself came out looking fantastic. I did have a bush killed and the owner did say to send pics and he would have it replaced after looking at it.

The guys were prompt, efficient and polite. The roof looks like new. Price was a good value.

They were very responsive. The roof cleaning was done in less than an hour and the barrel tile roof looks new.

I would hire again if different workers came. The guys came i asked about my plants,they covered them,not with care. When done you take a survey on the phone.which I said ok before I looked around. The worker never cleaned pine needle ect. off roof before spraying.he went up and power blew them off. I asked him if had cleaned the back roof as well,he answered yes. They left , no he didn't blow off the roof before spraying.Where he blew it off in front left discoloured patches on roof, where he sprayed over pine needles ect. I called the boss he said he would fix it with another appt... Called the worker and he came back after the job he was doing and fixed it. Would have had to wait if I went thru boss. office.Glad the guy came back same day..
