Description of Work: No Pressure Roof Cleaning showed up on time, were friendly, and completed the job as promised. Would use them again and would recommend them as well. The only thing that was a bit upsetting was that some of the shrubbery beneath the roof line that was not covered were killed. Something to note for the future.

[Member Name Removed], you should have received a brochure with your cleaning that states while we can't completely guarantee that no landscaping will be affected from the cleaning we do guarantee replacement at your discretion if the plants do not recover to your satisfaction within 4-6 weeks of you're cleaning. This is largely due in part to the chemicals remaining active on you're roof for seven days after initial application. Even though we will cover plants and irrigate while at the property if you experience a light rain for instance within the first seven days you may experience a concentrated run off and stress can occur. Hence the full guarantee. Please call at your convenience to schedule us to come by your property to look at what has been affected and take your order for replacement. Thank you, Paul Guitard

Description of Work: Cleaned roof using chemicals. Was worried that bushes would be harmed but they assured me they would not, and they were not. Cleaning solution they used along with light pressure washing did a wonderful job. Roof was clean as we've ever seen it.

Description of Work: Cleaned roof. The roof sparkled within two days of cleaning - was advised it might take a week for the full effect. Other than a few plants that lost most of their leaves due to the chemicals, most of which are now growing back, the results were outstanding.

Description of Work: They cleaned my roof with a bleach solution. The owner said they would be there between 11AM to 1PM. Well, they didn't show up or call so I called them around 3PM. Someone called back and said they were in the neighborhood and would be there soon. They showed up at 4PM and were done in 15 minutes. They did a nice job and the roof looks great! They also give a 2 year warranty. I would use them again.
