Description of Work: Generally speaking the provider did a very good job. I was a little bit concerned with leftover bleach material on my driveway which caused an unusually clean spot. Also a couple of my plants were negatively impacted mainly at the corners of the house. But the service sure beats the mess caused by pressure cleaning the roof. The vendor was courteous, punctual, and relatively easy to work with.

I was looking for a contractor who uses chemical to clean the roof and not the pressure wash, I contacted 2 companies NO PRESSURE and another one, I found no pressure was reasonable in price and Paul was very responsive and have very good knowledgeable on what he does he explained me in detail how it works and what chemical he is going to use and how is going to apply the chemical and wash the roof and drive way. Initially I was little bit skeptical to use this company as I did not find much much reviews about this company but I took a chance and I am happy that I did :)

The man from No Pressure was very nice and prompt. The only complaint I have is he said he was covering my bushes but some of my plants are dying from the bleach. However, my roof looks great.

Paul Guitard, the owner, was very professional. He returned my call promptly, came when he said he would, and performed all work in a professional manner. His workers were efficient, and very polite. His unique method of roof cleaning means that chemicals do the work without damaging roof tiles. We have a two-story home with steep roof peaks. Paul was safety conscious, as he should be. We recommend Paul and his company -- their work is excellent.

They returned my call in a timely manner, scheduled an appointment and was able to give me a quote (that they held to) over the phone right then. They showed up when they sais they would, and even went beyond the roof alone to clean the gutters so the house looked great when they were done. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: I had let my barrel tile roof go for 5 years, I pressure washed it once and it took me three weekends. I then discovered that I must put a treatment to discourage the mold from coming back. However, I then discovered Paul's company and in less than an hour, they cleaned the rooof, didn't break any tiles and their preparation keeps mold from coming back so fast. This is the way to go.! They did an excellent job on my walks and driveway too! I wish I had known about this process earlier!
