No Pressure Roof Cleaning

Paul was pleasant to deal with over the phone and explained the benefits of is service. I reviewed the video on his web site of how they clean the roof. He scheduled the appointment within a few days and the workers arrived on time. They took about 2 hrs initially and then told me that they were finished. I took a look at the roof and told them that there were many leaves on the roof and they needed to remove all leaves. After approximately another hour, they told me that they were finished, I took a look and all looked good. After they left, I noticed a long streak of chemicals in my driveway that must have leaked from their tank that they used to spray the roof since the tank was parked on my driveway and I did not see it while the tank was there. I proceeded to clean the driveway and hose it down but it was too late, the chemicals had penetrated the asphalt and left a white streak. The streak has faded over the last month but it is still visible. This is not a super big deal because I can reseal it but I recently resealed the driveway and I will not be resealing it again for awhile. The only other issue was a small piece of grass that had chemicals on it and was burnt. I had to hose it down and it was obvious that there were chemicals because it took awhile for the foaming to stop. After the roof was cleaned, there was a strong chemical spell after but that dissipated day by day until after approximately a week, there was no more smell. You have to weigh the pros with the cons. I liked the idea that it was no pressure and that the tiles and the roof would not be subjected to that pressure. It looks like to me that the benefits of no pressure outweigh the inconveniences and I would use their service again. The roof does look nice and clean and I hoping it will remain that way for at least 2 years as they warranty. If not, I will call Paul and ask them to clean it again.

It worked excellently, only took them about 35 minutes to do the whole roof and the results are immediate. They also covered my herb garden which was much appreciated. The 2yr guarantee is just an added bonus, great company

The crew arrived on time, worked right along and did a great job for us. The roof was very stained with dirt and mold but became perfectly clean within minutes of applying the cleaner. The crew was careful when walking on the roof and did no damage to the tiles. They were careful to tarp over some shrubs and plantings in several areas and also washed down the plants after applying the roof cleaner. The crew members were friendly,polite and did very good work. We did have some significant damage to the front shrubs appear a day after the cleaning. I called Mr. Guitard,the owner, about this and he offered to come out right away. I said to wait a couple of weeks and see if the leaves grew back after extra water and some fertilizer. He could not have been nicer about it. He offered to replace the shrubs but this was not necessary because they grew back fine in about 2 weeks. So, no long term damage. We were very pleased with the roof and with the company's guarantee to return and clean if any new mold appears in the next 2 years. The driveway and front walkway were cleaned very nicely also. We will have them come out again to clean when we need them again.

Great! It was easy to schedule. My husband spoke to Paul, the owner, who did a nice job of explaining the process. The guys who did the work were great. They called before they came and showed up on time. They did the job in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up after themselves. John and his coworker were courteous, friendly, and professional. I was amazed at the difference in my roof after they completed the job. Looks like a different house!! Some of my plants have browned and lost leaves, but I was warned about this ahead of time. John was great about explaining what to do to prevent further damage to the plants. Hopefully they will green up in time.

Responsive, professional service. They cleaned 3 roofs, mine and two of my neighbors. On time, quick, excellent attention to detail. Covered my plants and bushes and then hosed all the greenery off when roof application completed. Roof looks good! Would recommend to a friend. Love that roof is clean and was not pressured cleaned.

Setting up appointment was easy n Paul was very informative n professional. Employees called b/4 scheduled time to advise of exact time of arrival which was on time. John n his assistant are very professional. They sprayed cleaned the roof, washed down the plants n sprayed all ground pavers. Everything looks good. I highly recommend them for this work. The job took about 1 1/2 hrs. from set up to clean up.

The cost quoted was around 320, which was about 75 higher than most competitors. When I inquired about the reason for the higher price, the owner told me that his process was better, because he used a special chemical foam cleaner, which was stronger and which would not drip so there would be no overspray to damage my landscaping. He was extremely convincing on this point, so I made an appointment for the service to be performed. There was no trouble scheduling, and the work was performed timely. The roof was clean and looked good - and it had been several years since the roof was last cleaned- it was dirty. A few days later, my tenants let me know that large patches of grass just under the roof line and several elephant ear plants had died completely, and several shrubs were damaged and leaves were turning brown. My tenants contacted the owner (Paul Guitard), who refused to talk to them. I spoke to him by phone and emailed him pictures of the problems. He variously responded that 1) the damage was already there before he performed the work; and 2) he didn't see any damage in the photos we sent, and 3) the damage was caused because he told my tenants to turn on the sprinklers after the treatment and they did not. My tenants tell me that they were not given any such direction. After an unpleasant discussion with him on the phone (with him raising his voice, and speaking over me), I told him we would wait a week or two to see if the damaged areas would recover. They did not. When I contacted him again, he refused to help us replace the damaged sod and plants or make any kind of refund. I ended up paying a landscaper another $75 to replace. In the end, I got a clean roof, but I ended up paying $150 more than the competition charged, and while Mr. Guitard was pleasant during the sales portion of the process, he was not at all pleasant when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the damage to the landscaping. I could not recommend him. Update: After I posted my review, Mr. Guitard contacted me immediately to address my issue. He stated that he had been unaware that I was unhappy with the situation until he saw the comments in my review. He sent a reimbursement check in the amount of $75.00 to cover the cost of replacing the sod and shrubs that were damaged. I am fully satisfied with his response, and appreciate the refund.

I was very pleased with their service. At the onset I expressed concern about my landscape being damaged by the chemicals. Paul was extremely helpful and patient answering all my questions. He was reassuring and gave me confidence in his work. It is not often that someone takes the time to explain their process and what to expect. His workers were punctual and extended similar courtesy asking if there were any additional concerns or questions before they began. Everything went as they said. The work was nicely done. My roof looked terrific and my landscape was unharmed.

I used No Pressure based on the positive reviews on Angie's List and I was not disappointed. They showed up on time as advertised. They guarantee that if mildew shows up on the roof within two years they will return and clean the roof again free of charge. So far I have not seen any evidence of the mildew returning.

Treated shingle roof, came late in day so no drying time, was told about possible problems with plants but the substance ran onto the newly painted area under the shingles and the streaks will have to be re painted. When I calle and mentioned the problem I was told the professional painters had probably used the wrong paint which they did not.

They answered my call and set up an appointment, called the night before to confirm, showed up on time and did the job. OUTSTANDING RESULTS!!!! Choose No Pressure and you will be glad you did. This is the second time I have used No Pressure and both times they do excellent work at a reasonable price. Absolutely no harm to any plants, and he cleaned my shed for free because he didn't want to see the mold!

I was reluctant to use a service that could completely clean my roof in 30 minutes. It sounded to good to be true. Well my friends, too good turned out to be AWESOME. I contacted "No Pressure a few days ago, and heard right back from the owner, Paul Guilard. We set up an appointment for today, 9/13/2013, between 12:00pm and 2:00pm. Paul and his assistant came right on time and did a great job. My once mildew and dirty roof is now squeaky clean. I called and spoke with Paul. He was great on the phone and explained their process and their guarantee. I was very impressed with him after our phone conversation, so I decided to hire him. We scheduled to have my roof cleaned 3 days later with a 2 hour timeframe. He and his assistant called about 20 minutes before coming to the house to give us a heads-up that they were on their way. We moved in last year and don't know if this roof has ever been cleaned before. It was pretty dirty. I have over 6000 sf of roof, and they did the entire job in about an hour. my relatively new roof had black spots that I found out was mold. the roof was cleaned and looks like a new roof now.

Everything went very well! Roof was complete is 30 minutes and it looked brand new! Paul and his helper have a great system in place and I am very pleased. I would use them again. My neighbors need to look into this. Home pride!
