No Pressure Roof Cleaning

The duo arrived between set hours in afternoon. Explained work to be done and did the job in a timely manner.

I scheduled an appointment about two weeks out. They stated they would be here between 11-2. They called about 1:20 saying they were on their way and were here about 1:40. I brought up concerns about the noise since my last roof cleaning was high pressure. My kids were napping. I was in the house the entire time and just heard some light footsteps and minimal noise. My kids never woke up. About 2:30 I went out to check the mail and they were already done. From my view of the roof, it was done very well, and much quicker then expected. I'm very happy with the service and will use them again.

Paul and Ryan were great to work with. We were able to get an appointment scheduled right away to have our roof cleaned. When Ryan came out to clean it he realized he would not have enough chemicals and did not want to do half a job so he rescheduled me for first thing the next morning. Ryan and 2 other workers came out the next morning, covered all of my plants and had it done very quickly. My roof looks so clean. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have their roof cleaned.

The team of 3 men arrived on schedule and began preparing for the job. About half-way through applying the cleaner on the roof, the sky opened up and it began raining so hard that the team had to stop, and the weather radar showed a lot of rain was still to come. The team left but returned a few hours later to finish the job when it was no longer raining. The roof looks great as well as the brick driveway. All of the landscaping around our house survived with no noticeable damage. The company offers a two year guarantee too. We will definitely use No Pressure Roof Cleaning again.

Job took about an hour. Cleaned roof followed by cleaning driveway. Excellent results. Chlorine odor afterwards. Should dissipate in a couple hours. Hosed off any shrubs or plants that had been possibly sprayed. Very professional .

John and his counterpart actually arrived early. Immediately got on roof and began working. Didn't take long at all - 45 minutes. Did an awesome job. Extremely professional. Would use them again, absolutely.

i am certainly impressed. When I first called I had to leave a message, but the owner called me back within 1/2 hour. He answered all my questions and explained in detail just how their process works. While no roof cleaning service is completely chlorine free (unless they use just water) this process only uses 10% chlorine - a far cry from the other cleaning services I checked with. Some were as high as 50%, I scheduled an appointment date and was given a date and 4hr arrival window. Within the 4-hr window I was contacted that they were on their was and would be at my house within 15 minutes. Sure enough....right on time. Before they could start, it began to rain. I thought sure the guys would want to reschedule, but they stayed right here until to storm passed. No that's SERVICE. Once they were able to begin the cleaning process, my roof was done in about 1 hr with very little offensive "bleach" smell. HATS OFF TO NO PRESSURE ROOF CLEANING. OH - I almost forgot. They offer a two-year guarantee.

Provider was timely and arrived with all equipment required for a two story home. He worked very h****** the concrete floors of 2 porches which were badly stained and he improved them. The roof, surface of exterior home and driveway were all cleaned very well. None of my outdoor plantings were damaged nor killed as he was very careful to cover plantings before cleaning.

Scheduled several appts which were never kept. Very unprofessional. Will never use. Stuck with the Angie's List deal purchase for this service.

The crew came in on time, introduced themselves, explained the service that was going to be performed and how long it would take. Very courteous and professional. Great job and would definitely use them again.

Cleaned almost a year ago and the roof still looks great. We had one problem with runoff that cleaned part of our dirty drive but they came out and cleaned the drive for free, and it has stayed clean & bright long after a pressure washing would have faded. Just plain pleased with price, professionalism, and cleaning process.

What an excellent company. 1st -- no pressure is used and that saves the roof -- 2nd - the workers were very polite and on time -- 3rd most important my roof looks NEW --WOW!!! 4th -- Paul is so nice and really cares --- that adds up to over an A+++

Contractors called before arrived, arrived earlier than appointment time. Very professional, the owner P. Guitard, called and managed entire process. The contractors that showed up for job, professional and punctual. The roof looked great. Looked like a new roof.

They put this foam on your roof and it just eats away. They do not pressure wash anything. They hose it off. They rinse it. I asked how heavy the guys that go on my roof and he said he does not hire anybody over a hundred fifty pounds because he does not want tiles cracking and he do not want problems. He also said that if I am not happy with it to call him and they will come back and do it again. Well, I had to call them because the mildew did not all come off. He sent a guy out. It was sad because it was a very windy day and he said that that was probably why it did not adhere very well in certain areas on the edges because it was blown. They came out and redid the roof. I was not even home. There was nobody here. He came out and did it. I came home from work. I walked around the house and it was all done and it was done perfectly. It was nice because there was no pressure. It was just chemicals and he was great. He gives like a two year warranty. With Angie’s List, he gives you a parentage off like fifteen or twenty percent off. He was great. I would definitely use him again. The only thing I wish is they would wash the house too. It was worth it and he did a fabulous job. He came back the next day. I could not believe it. I figured it was going to be a fight because it is how thing are down here. He is a man of his words.

The 3 man team arrived at our home precisely as scheduled. Unlike other the other roof cleaner I used 2 years ago, they did not damage any of my roof tiles and within 1 hour had the roof looking like new. The only minor issue I have is that I brushed up against one of my bushes about an hour after the team left and ruined a pair of jeans because of chlorine residue stains. No big deal but I should have been warned before the guys left the premises. Will be more careful next time.

I would have never thought that cleaning the roof would make it look brand new. The guys were in and out in under 2 hours. They use a solution that seems to have a lot of chlorine, and they do a good job trying to contain most of the runoff, but we did have some (not much) of the solution that affected some of the shrubs close to the house. For the most part though it was a very positive service call. They even cleaned our solar water heater on the roof. I thought they were actually going bad, but apparently they were just very dirty. It was amazing. I will definitely be calling them back every couple of years to clean the roof, gutters, flashing, and solar water heaters.

I was given a two hour window for their arrival from 3-5 p.m. They called just before arriving at 4:10 and they had the job completed in one hour! Although it remains to be seen how it dries, it appears good. The plants were covered, although there is minimal dripping as a narrow sprayer is used. I requested a few stones for plants and leading to the patio be done, no problem. I asked that a few extra feet of sidewalk to my neighbors drive be done and a negative response was squelched with a worker saying, "just do it." Excellent! Also upon my inspection there appeared to be a lot of dirt still on the porch and two men quickly hosed it off with my garden hose. You really can't ask for anything better. I was assured that upon drying or if it rains I can ask them to come back out. I spoke to the owner Paul Guitard when making the appointment. He seemed very businesslike. They were booked two weeks out unfortunately. I had gotten his card from a neighbor who is very pleased. Alex was also very efficient and eager to please, and his team seemed to have a real system, while working very quickly, knowing just what to do and taking any extra direction from Alex right away. This is preferable to having my time tied up for many more hours as has been the case with single providers, versus a team of three and this chemical process. I have lived here for seventeen years and had always used the water, bleach and power process.
