On time, called to confirm, roof is now very clean.

The crew was polite and on time, but backed their truck over my mailbox, snapping it at the base. (It's a wooden, HOA mandated design and therefore not cheap). Paul said they'd pay to have it replaced; I'll post update once that's happened. The reason for the C grade is the roof looks good, and that's really what these guys should stick to except for the leading edges of the roof tiles, which are still black. Spraying my pool cage, the overspray hit all of my nearby plants and grass, killing, or at least seriously injuring, most of them. This in spite of the sprinklers running and a rain shower immediately after the guys left. Paul has a plant guarantee so once again, I'll post an update. The other reason not to use them for decks or screen cages is once they're done you basically have to re-clean everything to rinse off the residue from their spray. Which also stained my white aluminum French doors for some reason. In the past, using traditional pressure cleaners, no residue, no dead plants, and excluding the roof, an all around better result.

Their office called the day before to confirm my appointment time. The guys showed up within their 3 hour window (they called 30 min out). Despite it raining all day before and after their appointment the process still worked. It didn't take them very long to complete. Before they left I walked around and noticed they missed a couple spots that were hard to see from their vantage point on top of the roof that I pointed out to them. They quickly took care of those spots without question and the overall job came out pretty good. The entire process was probably done in under an hour. Some minor negatives is that their truck leaked the chemicals onto a small part of my swale killing the grass there and they got overspray on my white garage door that turned into orange stains a couple hours after they left. I called their office and they said they would come out, inspect the door, and resolve the issue--even if it meant repainting the door for us. They were very quick to take ownership of the issue. Fortunately, with some scrubbing I was able to remove the stains on my own though. So my overall impressions are...the roof came out about 95% as clean as pressure washing, but it was faster and probably gentler on the roof and done in half the time. The mildew stains in the concrete driveway/walkway completely dissipated. I have gutters, but I'd recommend to those that don't you really water in the drip edge of your house to keep your vegetation from being harmed. The company stands behind their work and will make sure you are happy. I'd use them again.

They came to the house 10 minutes before the scheduled time and in about 1 hour. They completed the job. They were fast, clean, courteous and polite. Their price was very competitive and they gave me a two years warranty.

This company came highly recommended by my Home Owners Association and neighbors, so we decided to give them a try. John and his partner were a little late arriving, but had the courtesy to call with an ETA when they realized they were running behind. When they arrived, they took the time to ask me if I had any questions or concerns before starting. The roof hadn't been cleaned at all in at least 5 years, so it was filthy and the flashing also had mildew in some areas. I know they had to hit some places twice to clean it, but they completed the work efficiently and professionally. Without any prompting or request on my part, they even took the initiative to pressure wash my fountain, which also had some mildew growing on it. That is rare, quality customer service and I would recommend this company to anyone.

The provider did a great job cleaning our concrete tiled roof. Two cleaners showed up on time to provide the service (truck #2). The result was instantaneous without any heavy pressure cleaning needed. The one negative side effect of the cleaning was browning of one of the hedge due to the exposure of the leaves due to the chlorine solution; however, the plant is coming back and sprouting new leaves. Overall, I had a positive experience with the provider and would use this provider in the future. The price was very affordable. There is also a two year warranty.

This company did an outstanding job of cleaning our very dirty shingle roof. The technicians, Bill and Sean, were very careful about covering plants and explaining the process. We had wanted to clean the roof for quite a while, and didn't think we would be able to afford to have it professionally cleaned, but happened to see their vehicle in a parking lot and decided to call for an estimate. We were shocked at how affordable their rates were, and we were able to get an appointment within a week. We will definitely recommend them to friends and will go back to them when it is time for a reclean. The roof looks great, the plants and grass are untouched. Very impressive!

They were very professional, polite, and punctual. They cleaned well and followed up with a rinse. But the chemical used had a very strong odor and lightened some of the exterior house paint. I had to hose the walls daily for a week and also water the plants twice daily for two weeks so that they would not be affected. It is now 7 weeks later, the plants are doing well, the smell is gone, and the roof is clean.

I had No Pressure Roof Cleaning on October 2014 and Paul did a wonderful job and was on time and clean. I needed it done again because I have a white flat roof. I called today and Paul returned my call extremely fast. When I asked if he could come out and do the roof he immediately asked when I got it done and when I told him he reminded me that I had a warranty and it would be free and he would be glad to come out. NOW let me tell you something I had forgotten all about that and I was so impressed that he mentioned it immediately I was at a loss for words. I cant tell you the last time I have ever dealt with a more honest and caring business man. He has me now as a lifetime customer. How awesome is this, they do great work, great crew and an owner who is honest and caring, The icing on the cake is he offers warranties and backs them 100%, Life is good.
