Description of Work: They were late but called to say that they were on their way. Workers were very courteous and professional. That said, when I double checked their work I found a large area in the back that they missed. I think they were in a hurry because it was at the end of the day - well after 5 when they stopped. We were glad not to have to pressure clean but customers should be aware that the chemical they use is, in my opinion, just very strong bleach. This was apparent by the very strong odor and I happened to get a little bit sprayed on me and my clothes (no one's fault) and you could tell it was bleach. Also, the workers were clear that we needed to water our landscape and hedges at the roof drip line every day for a week to protect them. We did that and also repeatedly rinsed the leaves too and had no landscape damage. Overall, I am satisfied with the work and the year+ long guarantee is a plus.

Description of Work: Called early to say they could be here at 8:00 AM, when appointment was at 11:00 AM. |Cleaned roof with a chemical, applied with a no pressure sprayer. We have had the roof cleaned before with a pressurized chemical application, which killed most of the foliage around our house, so we made it clear that we wanted our plants protected. We were assured that the chemical wouldn't hurt the plants, and they would take precautions. |They did cover the plants, and kept them watered down throughout the process. However, we still had some damage to the plants around all the downspouts where the chemical poured out, as well as a large patch of grass in the chemical's path. |All in all, they did an excellent job. The roof looks great, and you can't beat the price. Just make sure you bag the downspouts...

Description of Work: The 3 man team arrived on time and immediately set to work. They offered to also clean my driveway and since the additional price was so reasonable, I asked them to also clean my sidewalk (I live on a corner so it is long). I was very satisfied with everything and would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Treated the whole roof, driveway and sidewalk. Even the outside of the gutters as well as a few spots on the walls. Outstanding service, attitude and communication. Expensive, but worth it. This is a chemical applied with low pressure. No mechanical wear on the tiles as you would get from pressure cleaning. They guarantee no HOA complaints for 2 years, or they will repeat treatment for free.

Description of Work: The cleaned my tile roof with a spray to kill mold/mildew. Owner very professional, workers extremely nice and made sure entire roof was clean. Unfortunately, we had some overspray on new flowers which workers (being new) did not cover and they died but the owner fully replaced the cost of them. I suggested to homeowners assoc. to highly recommend them.
