Jose came out and did an amazing job on my lawn. I continued to hire him for a bi-monthly service and hasn't let me down! I really needed someone to be consistent and reliable, and he's done the job.

Jose was quick to respond and the work was completed within 24 hours of my inquiry. He did a great job removing overgrown tree branches that were leaning on our roof. Because that was the most urgent work needed, we realized there was much more landscaping and weeding needed that we will be hiring him again for additional maintenance. He was not the least expensive but the quickest to respond and was very helpful and professional and kept his promise. He also made sure the roof was free of debris when he was finished. I would recommend this company.

The best way for me to describe my experience with JBF landscaping is to copy and paste the text I sent to him this morning. Jose is a “nice guy” who is among the most unprofessional landscape contractors I have ever encountered. Jose: As you have: 1. Promised work that was never done; 2. Promised work on a given day and not shown up for it; 3. Overcharged me for tree work which was not was completed and when completed doesn’t look all that good; 4. Do not reply to texts with inquiries regarding work needing to be done; 5. Done sprinkler work I did NOT ask you to do, and ignored the work I DID ask you to do; 6. Shown up at my home on drugs; 7. My property looks worse now than when I hired you while you charge 40% more that your competitors. I have no choice but to let you go. A copy of this email will be sent to Angie’s List and you will be reviewed accordingly. Don’t walk - RUN away from this embarrassment to professionalism. Just shows how unreliable online ratings can be!
