+ -1 moreIt was a pleasant experience. They were punctual and professional. They did have to return the same day due to the a/c unit shutting off shortly after they left. They returned promptly ,did not know why the safety over flow part triggered but they replaced the part and did not charge.
Description of Work: They service the a/c unit and diagnosed why I had a leak.

+ -1 moreThis is a great company. They answer the phone, come when they promise, and don't just replace things that can be fixed or maintained. I would definitely recommend them. It isn't often that you find an honest company in this particular market and these guys are one of the keepers.
Description of Work: They helped with an A/C problem we had in our dual system. Another company told us we needed to replace an expensive piece of equipment. When they came, they inspected and found the problem and then corrected it easily and cost effectively. We have signed a service contract with them.

+ -1 moreAfter having two other AC contractors tell me I needed a entire new system, First Air AC told me I only needed to have the coils cleaned on the one unit and only partial parts replacement of the upstairs system. Their honesty saved me money on the service and has ultimately save me on my electric bills. Thanks to their website, I saved 10% with their online coupon. If you are having any problems with your heating and air conditioning system I have no problem recommending them.
Description of Work: We just had First Air AC tune-up and repair the other part of our AC and are very happy with the results, their service and the cost. They cleaned our air handler and replaced some of the components on the other unit, cleared the drain lines and installed and programmed new thermostats.
