This company is always professional, courteous and responsive. They quickly locate the cause and location of roof leaks and explain the problems and solutions very clearly. This is promptly followed up with a clear and detailed written proposal. Once the job is accepted they show up when promised. The work is done neatly and efficiently. Once completed, they provide photographs of all of the steps both before and after the repairs. In my case they notified me that previous work done by another roofing company was not as thorough as their work, in that the previous company failed to replace the wet and rotted plywood from that previous leak. Since no photos were provided by that company I would never have been aware of that hidden issue. Finally, MacDowell guarantees all of its repairs for the life of the roof. My previous company (the one that left the rotted plywood) provided a very limited guarantee. I really trust these guys!!!

Everything went well. They came on time did the job and even repaired the pipes on my solar pool heating system. They even offered to paint the new flashing for me. I had used them previously for my sons roof in lake Worth on replacing an entire cement tile roof. I have been completely satisfied with them. My neighbor chose to use another company in the area instead of McDowell to replace their roof for $3K less. They are paying for their mistake, their roof did not pass inspection the first time and they now have leaks.

Overall the experience went well. They did arrive later than the original set time and worked all the way till it was dark outside. I told them it was okay to come back the next day which they decided to do. The only thing that I would say bothered me is how they cleaned up at the end. Instead of using a wet vac or something to suck up the debris, they blew everything out into my yard. The problem is I have two dogs that play everyday out there. We had to walk around and pick up shingle pieces as well as some rusty nails. We did let the owner know and I believe he will be doing their clean-up differently from now on with future projects.

So far through the rain, it has not leaked. The quality was good. It was excellent. The guy was friendly, very good, very courteous and professional.

Great job, Ryan, Evans, and team! Our new roof is perfect and the crew cleaned up the yard and driveway, you can't tell anyone was there. City inspector complimented the work. We couldn't be more pleased. From tear off to finish took 2 weeks for 1800 sf roof. Highly recommended.

They were great. I was happy with it. In fact that included certain amount of repairs, and because it didn't need any repairs, they refunded me some money and reduced it. It was just very good. He offered to make a refund because it didn't need any work.

Since I can't get up on my roof I have to trust what I was told, that my roof is in good shape and only needed repair to a pitch pan.

Ryan was very prompt and professional. His crew especially Jose are hard-working people. Jose explained where water was entering the house and assured me that flashing was added and added more shingles that match the original ones. Thank you for a job well done.

It went very well. They located the leak and removed all tile and replaced the plywood and flashing. Completely reinstalled all roofing cement, paper and tile in a very clean and professional manner.

Ryan is a professional, punctual and experienced. I called for a leak I had and Ryan identified a second leak I wasn't aware of. Ryan explained everything they would do and answered all my questions. They had repaired a section of roof and replaced a rotten section of facia board last year for us. Since this was a new leak but close to where the old roof was repaired last year they repaired it under their warranty. They provide professional services in a timely manner. Best part they garntee their word for the life of the roof. Great company!

Mcdowell roofing found and repaired leak in my roof that was not easy to find. They were very professional and I will use them again if ever I have another roofing problem. Their price was reasonable. I can't say enough about how they explained the problem and kept me posted along the way.
