Over priced, unethical, disrespectful and bad attitude from very beginning, we opted to use his services because he was recommended by a close friend of ours, unfortunately he made them look bad for recommending him but they did not know that he is a crook. He makes people sign service receipts as contracts plus adding a deposit before any services take place and when he fall short for services to be provided then he tries to use contract wording to excuse charges for deposit on services not rendered to property and then say that he spent 1.5hrs looking for parts which is supposed to be included on a service and that service never took place because I purchased and installed my own parts with receipts and picture evidence on hand, he has no evidence but he managed to charge my bank after dispute because I mistakenly signed receipt paying for deposit ahead of service that unfortunately it never took place and he told Wells Fargo that service was done without submitting any proof of it. I do have to say that he spent 2hrs wasting our time about his declining health which is no consumer concern and out of kindness we gave him that time to listen to him as a courtesy but he probably believes he can charge people for doing nothing and complaining about personal issues no consumer cares about, please do not engage on any business with this so called plumber, he even have the nerve to call me after he arrogantly told me he is only returning half of my deposit so remember this, he charges 300.00 for 1.5hrs of doing nothing and complain about stuff no one hires him to do, no wonder he’s not affiliated with BBB, shaking my head, what a shame.

He came out on a Saturday or a Sunday. I thought it was expensive because I am used to rates in Miami, which were not substantially less, but somehow less. He was fine and there was no problem with the work or anything like that. He came out the same day and solved my problem, which was great. The quality was fine. He was very responsive and came out right away. He was good and I liked him. I found someone else that I might like a bit better, but I am not sure.

Darrel worked quickly and communicated well with me. I will use him again in the future.
